Pelosi Tells Illegal Immigrants That Work Site Raids are Un-American

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi recently told a group of both legal and illegal immigrants and their families that enforcement of existing immigration laws, as currently practiced, is “un-American.”

The speaker, condemning raids by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, referred to the immigrants she was addressing as “very, very patriotic.”

“Who in this country would not want to change a policy of kicking in doors in the middle of the night and sending a parent away from their families?” Pelosi told a mostly Hispanic gathering at St. Anthony’s Church in San Francisco.

“It must be stopped….What value system is that? I think it’s un-American. I think it’s un-American.”

Pelosi said she was invited to the church by Rep. Luis Gutierrez, D-Ill., as part of his 17-city, cross-country tour called United Families, which he says is intended to put a human face on the immigration debate.

So what’s wrong with this picture? The Speaker of the house talking about breaking the law being ok? This is typical of the liberal mentality, it’s ok to break laws you don’t agree with as long as they result in more democrat voters. Kind of like the tax laws, if you don’t want to pay, don’t; just be sure you are in Obama’s cabinet first.

It is time  PINK SLIPS FOR CONGRESS! All of them need to be removed ASAP before our entire country looks like my county.

Bush Commutes the sentences of two WRONGLY CONVICTED BORDER AGENTS!

On his last full day in office, President Bush commuted the controversial sentences of two former Border Patrol agents convicted of shooting a Mexican drug runner in 2005.

The imprisonment of Ignacio Ramos and Jose Alonso Compean had sparked outcry from critics who said the men were just doing their jobs and were punished too harshly. They had been sentenced to 11- and 12-year sentences, respectively.

Their sentences will now expire on March 20 of this year.

In March Ignacio Ramos and Alonso Compean will be able to say “FREE AT LAST” Finally Bush removed his head from his ass, did anyone hear the giant “POPPING SOUND”?

Feds Plan ‘Surge’ if Mexico Drug Violence Spills Into U.S.

EL PASO, Texas  —  If Mexican drug violence spills across the U.S. border, Homeland Security officials say they have a contingency plan to assist border areas that includes bringing in the military.

“It’s a common sense extension of our continued work with our state, local, and tribal partners in securing the southwest border,” DHS spokeswoman Amy Kudwa said Friday.

Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff, who described the contingency plan in an interview with The New York Times this week, said he ordered specific plans to be drawn up this summer as violence in Mexico continued to mount.

The plan includes federal homeland security agents helping local authorities and maybe even military assistance from the Department of Defense, possibly including aircraft, armored vehicles and special teams to go to areas overwhelmed with violence, authorities said.

Kudwa would not give specifics on the so-called “surge” plan, but said it does not create any new authorities.

In the last year, more than 5,000 people have been killed and police and military officials have become common targets for violent drug cartels who are fighting with each other and the government for control of lucrative drug and human smuggling routes across Mexico.

Now hide your eyes if you are easily offended by real facts and common sense.

Exactly who has been in charge of our national security for the past 8 years? Republicans, RINO’s and a CIC who refused to do what needs to be done. Now we have the most liberal president EVER, and he has already appointed a very MEXICAN friendly person to the Homeland Security job, Janet Napolitano.

If you live in a border city, town or dwelling you might want to relocate, you will not get any real help from Janet Napolitano, she will bluster and she will talk like she is doing something but there will be NO ACTION. She MIGHT station our military on the border but she will not give them ammo. She wouldn’t want her future voting block hurt while crossing the border and either will Obama. Our border will continue to leak like a stuck hog until someone in power decides it’s time to seal off the criminals route.

The only thing I can take as a positive about this article is the place the article came from: TEXAS actually has a chance to make things right, and I know they have the fire power.

Inmates Take Hostages, Start Riot in Texas Prison

PECOS, Texas —  Inmates at a privately run prison in West Texas took two hostages after starting a riot and setting at least one fire Friday, authorities said.

One of the hostages was released late Friday. Both prison employees are recreation specialists at the Reeves County Detention Center.

The inmates include immigration detainees. They were asking for better medical treatment, Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper John Barton told the Pecos Enterprise Friday night.

Barton said the riot started after noon, when the body of an inmate who died of natural causes was removed from the prison.

Well this is a shock, “The inmates include immigration detainees” odd is isn’t it? They are asking for “better medical treatment”? WTF? Perhaps they should have stayed in their own flea infested country and “Asked for better medical treatment” Perhaps they should have kept their ass out of JAIL? You know this shit burns me up.

Why is it so hard to understand? Folks come here illegaly, we coddle to them, we “Press 1 for English” we educate them, we cover their medical expenses, WE the TAX PAYER, the WORKER the LEGAL IMMIGRANTS, get taken hostage. NOT just in prison, but in AMERICA!

Let me provide a quick solution to this problem: Any armed person or GROUP of people walking, running, riding or flying into this country should be SHOT DEAD ON SIGHT, their heads stuffed and placed on a pike at the borders to let the rest know, the free ride is OVER!

Any UNARMED Illegal INVADER should be shot too, because in order to see IF they are armed or not, you would have to get too close, so I suggest we SHOOT THEM TOO, maybe just wound them until a determination of intent can be made, and then send them back home for the treatment of the wound. See if that makes a difference in our budget crisis.

I will vote for NO Politician Rep or Dem that does not take our national security and our border security issue seriously, NO amnesty, NO FREE HEALTH CARE, NO FREE EDUCATION. AND NO PRISON CELL for ILLEGALS, they should be moved to the front of the line for capitol offenses, and executed. AND their bodies sent home and a bill sent to their families for the current and shipping costs. There should be NO Illegal Immigrant in our country that can or did cause the death of someone who FOLLOWED THE RULES to be here.

IF Illegal Immigrants are in prison for felonies involving NO HARM, NO INJURY to LEGAL Americans, they should be put in Sheriff Arpaio’s custody. until their debt is paid, then DEPORTED IMMEDIATELY.

Every LEGAL AMERICAN IMMIGRANT should be afforded the right to the AMERICAN DREAM without the ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT deciding the merit of their dream.

I am absolutely sick over the STUPIDITY of our elected officials, their “Feel good” policies are destroying our nation from the inside out. Welfare, Illegal Immigration, BAILOUTS, the end of competitions to make everyone “feel good” … WHERE IS THE AMERICA THAT PRODUCED WW2 HEROES? WHERE IS OUR FREE NATION? We are no longer a STRONG LEADER of the world we are a laughing stock.

Three Americans Dead Amid Rising Violence in Mexican Border City

At least three U.S. residents have been killed in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, in as many weeks as the death toll in the violent border city surpasses 1,400.

The latest victim, a 32-year-old American woman, was shot several times Tuesday as she stood in front of a Juarez home, Mexican police said. The woman was taken across the Rio Grande back into El Paso, where she died on the way to the county hospital, officials said. It wasn’t immediately clear where the woman lived.

Two other U.S. residents, Roberto Martinez and Ruth Sagredo Velasco, were killed in a barrage of at least 20 shots from AK-47 assault rifles fired at them as they drove in a Nov. 22 funeral procession for Sagredo’s sister.

That is just the murders on the MEXICAN side, what about the THOUSANDS of Americans killed every year by MEXICANS that are here in AMERICA ILLEGALLY? Barely a mention, barely a blurb in a paper anymore because it is damn near common place.

I am really sorry for the loss of these Americans in Juarez, BUT they were in MEXICO and if I had to bet, I’d bet they were either drug or people smuggling related . IF you don’t want to be shot and killed or robbed? DON’T go where there is no law. There is nothing but corrupt law enforcement and idiots in uniform on that side of the border.

OUR border patrol is a JOKE because of OUR PRESIDENT and Congress critters, not because of their training or desire. They are ineffective because of OUR POLICIES! The USA has become a door mat, and I am sick to my gut about it.

The criminals that committed this crime are future ILLEGAL immigrants, the same type that are committing MURDER here, filling our prisons, and SUCKING THE BLOOD out of our economy, our health care system our education system and infrastructure.

ICE: Nearly 600 detained in Miss. plant raid

LAUREL, Miss. (AP) – Federal officials say nearly 600 suspected illegal immigrants were detained in a raid on a manufacturing plant in southern Mississippi, making it the largest such sweep in the country.

A spokeswoman says more than 100 of those caught up in Monday’s raid on Howard Industries were released based on humanitarian concerns, mostly because they have children.

Most of the rest were transferred to a federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Jena, La. Nine 17-year-olds were transferred to the custody of the Office of Refugee Resettlement.

The Mississippi raid was one of a series of recent high-profile crackdowns on illegal immigrants. In May, officials swept into the Agriprocessors kosher meatpacking plant in Iowa and detained 400 workers.

At my company we recently had a couple of IMMIGRANTS become Americans, WE as Americans are BETTER off because they took the oath. One of them came here ILLEGALLY over 20 years ago. He Learned English, HE taught his kids ENGLISH, HE assimilated, HE didn’t take the EASY way and hang with La-Raza demanding SPANISH, HE is grateful for the opportunities AMERICA provides, HE Raised GOOD KIDS not a bunch of thuggish, gang banging retards, He made sure HE provided for his kids, HE worked his ass off to become an American, and I am proud to call him and those like him fellow AMERICANS.

There might be a few like our NEW Americans in that 600 arrested, but I doubt it. When that many stay that close together they are not becoming Americans, they are bringing their country HERE.

I was up late and decided to do some stumbling around the interweb, I found something that was very interesting and it may spark some debate among those of differing opinions.

The Video is 10 minutes in length and If you haven’t seen it I suggest you take the time to view it in it’s entirety. It is eye opening and explained very well using FACTS, not opinions.

After watching the video I thought: The guy never mentioned ILLEGAL Immigration, IF those charts are from LEGAL Immigration, they are sorely under-estimated.

I am a proponent of LEGAL Immigration. I believe that if you can get here, knock on the door, and allow the country you desire to enter, the courtesy of knowing the who/what/where and WHY you are coming here, WE as a nation should welcome you.

IF you Run/jump/swim or parachute in through the back door you should be housed in a criminal facility until we finger print, photograph and record your DNA, then deport you.

The video explains the real issue without a racism twist, those that see racism in the video should look inside to see the real racists. The man is using data arrive at conclusions, he is using the same data the US Government uses. There is no way to count the ILLEGAL part of the Immigration issue.

How long does this continue? When will our “Leaders” wake up to the real problem?

I honestly believe that we need to continue the LEGAL Immigration policies, maybe we need to be more selective, but I think closing the door is NOT the American thing to do. We are all Immigrants, but we need to be careful not to over fill the life boat, or the life boat sinks, then what?

I was reading my Sunday paper and in the opinion section (They call it “Perspective” ) I found a an interesting opinion, one was titled “We all Break the Law” by Carl F Dunbar of Blythe.

It’s not really breaking the “law” that so many people get incensed about. More truthfully, it’s what law is being broken and who’s breaking it that brings an uproar.

For instance, right now the most publicized and ranted about thing is what some have called the “swarms of illegal immigrants” in the U.S. Case in point: recent stories about an “illegal” who was stopped for whatever reason and had her car towed away. Bleeding hearts and spiteful minds contested the rightness and/or wrongness of it. Yet, if it had been a black person, a white person or even an Asian person, you probably wouldn’t have heard one peep about it.

Amazingly, there is one thing that the articles and reader letters have in common, regardless of which point of view they espouse. There is a 99.9 percent chance that the words were written by a “lawbreaker.” Even these words.

Not me, not you, not your preacher or your sheriff, not your chief of police nor your political representatives — not even your biggest hero or heroine — not one person age 18 or older living in the U.S. could pass a polygraph claiming they had never in life broken a law! Because we all decide which laws we will obey and which we will ignore.

Have you never once broken a speed limit, made an illegal turn, littered or “sampled” a piece of fruit in a grocery market? Ever claimed a tax deduction you were not entitled to, got it and kept it? Have you ever let your mutt use private property as a toilet? Ever slandered someone and gotten away with it? Or, the latest biggie to rate the “it must be for everyone but me” classification, have you already violated the new hands-free cell phone law? No, you’re innocent? Please.

Whether they came here for a chance at a better life or for the lucrative criminal opportunities an open society provides, to an “illegal” laws pertaining to legal entrance and residence are no more important than a no U-turn sign on an empty street with no cops at 3 a.m. is to you. So, make your point about illegal immigration, but leave the “holier than thou” stuff in the trash.

Unless, of course, you are in that 0.1 percent to whom none of this applies.

Mr Dunbar believes that we all have broken a law, and we should not use the law as an argument when discussing ILLEGAL Immigration. I do agree with one part of his opinion though:

Other than that, he misses the mark by a huge margin.
Here’s why:
As we break the laws he cites, such as speeding, littering, illegal turns and stealing, we are subject to get caught, when we get caught there is a consequence for that action. If it’s speeding or littering we pay a fine, if it’s stealing we can serve time in jail. ALL of those things for us LEGAL immigrants leave a record, for the ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT, the consequence is far too light to deter the crime, and in some cases like “Sanctuary Cities” there is no consequence at all.

We have yet to see a group of “Speeders” parade down streets demanding higher power cars so they can go faster. Nor have we seen thieves marching and demanding the keys to stores to make it easier for them to steal. (In reference to the ILLEGAL Immigration parades/protests witnessed by the world via our liberal biased media)

When we break the laws he cites, we break them knowing the laws are there for a reason, we choose to break them for what ever reason, but we do not expect the laws to be changed so we don’t have to obey them.

Here is a situation my sons friend found himself in:
An unlicensed, uninsured IILLEGAL IMMIGRANT driving a 2005 Nissan, hit my sons friends car. The ILLEGAL Immigrant was found to be at fault, the officer cited him for driving WOL, and No Insurance and towed his car (It was still drivable) MY sons friend had only liability on his car (It was only worth 2.5k and he had worked for 6 months to pay it off) it was totaled. His insurance only pays if HE is at fault, and they just pay for the OTHER vehicle. He has a no fault clause, but it takes for ever to pay up and sometimes courts must get involved…(Another topic for another day) The result is: The ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT, that shouldn’t even be here, costs the LEGAL IMMIGRANT kid a car, the inconvenience of being without a ride, and the HARD WORK of having to save up and buy another car because an ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT chose to break ANOTHER LAW!. If the accident was worse and the ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT seriously injured or killed the kid, is the OPEN BORDER worth it?

Look, I understand wanting to better your life, I understand wanting better things for your kids. I would probably have left Mexico myself had I been born there, BUT when I got here, I’d learn the language, I’d assimilate into my new home, and I would try very hard to make myself a valuable member of society or at the very least do no harm. And in the beginning that is exactly what the ILLEGAL Immigrants did, then the KIDS started growing up, and they had kids, then we start seeing the kinds of things the ORIGINAL ILLEGAL Immigrant left in Mexico show up here.
The assimilation factor is what is missing, the pride in your new country is what’s missing, the gratitude for your new home is what’s missing. And LEGAL Immigrants are paying the price.

Don’t complicate matters, it is simple and it is not too hard to figure out.
Gratitude, Respect and Assimilation are what the ILLEGAL Immigrants need to bring, what they have been bringing is Drugs, Gangs, and Mayhem, although it generally doesn’t show up until the first ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS kids are in school.

Illegal Immigration is at the root of a lot of our nations problems, it is not the ones coming over now to work in the fields or as they say “Earn a better life”, it is their offspring that turn into MS-13’s or Mexican Mafia members. I don’t mean to generalize and say ALL of the ILLEGAL Immigrants kids become gang members. But a lot of them do, and if even ONE of them kills your KID, what is YOUR recourse? IF one of them makes your kid a cripple or otherwise incapacitated, You would want to know why, wouldn’t you? WHY is asked in the news after an ILLEGAL Immigrant kills or injures someone, but then it’s too damn late!

The drain ILLEGAL Immigration puts on our infrastructure, education, health care, and public services are astronomical. And we are supposed to absorb a percentage of it, which we have done, but now the percentage of absorbent vs. the resources being drained has reached critical mass, the Education and Prison system are so closely tied together that WARDEN is also being used as the principles job description of MANY High Schools in border States.

The problem is not our “Holier than thou” use of the LAW.
The LAW is the only term those of us that believe a secured border is necessary can use without being called a “Racist”. LAW is color blind, LAW is the fabric of our society and the ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT breaks the LAW every minute they are in America.
Ok now you guys can quit calling me a racist, start calling me a LAWYER. ( I am not sure which is worse though)
