What did we want in 2010?

In 2010 the Tea party MOVED the discussion and the nation into a new direction. We ELECTED MANY new faces into the house of Reps and took the majority. We moved some seats in the senate as well. And the biggest part that is most often overlooked is we took STATE HOUSES in landslide victories across the nation. What did we do that for? What is that we wanted?

We wanted the slide into socialism STOPPED. We have for the most part accomplished a very dramatic SLOW DOWN of that slide. We haven’t stopped it because we didn’t take the senate in DC. We the people of this country said STOP and we have succeeded in large part. We have SHUT DOWN Federal Government and that is a GOOD THING!

Can you imagine where we’d be had it not been for 2010? Look at Obama’s budget, Look at Pelosi’s demands, Look at Reid’s actions and look at the debt we’re in now. Look at our credit rating, look at our unemployment rate, Look and realize STOPPING DC was what we wanted. NOW in 2012 We the people need to get it moving in the right direction.

Think about it like this: from 2007 to early 2011 We had a runaway train full speed headed down the path of Greece. You can’t reverse course without first slowing the speed of the train. You can’t go directly into reverse while maintaining a 200mph speed. You must slow to a stop then reverse course. We are in the “Reverse Course” phase.

I am posting this in response to the polls that suggest congress has the worst approval rating of all time. To me that’s a good thing. DON’T DO ANYTHING rather than DOING SOMETHING THAT WILL KILL US!

I approve of the House of Reps record over this year. Not ecstatic in my approval I’d give them a B in grade form. I see the Senate as the F- crowd. And if there were a grade lower than an F- it would be Obama’s grade IMO.
