Time to use LIBERAL Tactics and SUE!

The alleged “N-Word” that was supposedly yelled at black congress democrats by Tea Party’ers on Sunday appears to have been made up. ALL of the video evidence and eye witness accounts of the event DISPUTE the claim.

I suggest those that were there SUE for defamation of character. The Media and the Congressmen should be targets of the suit. There is NO proof of the verbal assault and every eye witness account, even those of BLACK Tea Party’rs that were present say it never happened. This alone warrants a follow up. The media owes the nation an apology for reporting the incident as fact without credible sources.

Video appears to dispute lawmaker’s claim of protesters’ racial slurs

Charlene Freedman, a health care bill protester from New Jersey, has been to Washington four times, since she first attended the 9/12 rally. When asked if she witnessed or heard any racial hostility from the crowd, she said: “Absolutely not . . . just well-wishers. I didn’t see color. They didn’t see my color. We’re just American citizens, and we’re here to say, ‘Keep America free.’ I’ve heard nothing about racism . . . nothing at all.”

This is a typical tactic, make the opposing view defend the charge of racism rather than discuss the issue. They can’t win the discussion of Government takeover, so they must attack the opponents with charges that are vile and tug at the heart strings of the sensitive. DO NOT GIVE IN TO THAT TACTIC. Make them prove it, and take it to court if it can’t be proven. FIGHT IT NOW, or they will continue to use this tactic in all debates.
