DuhWon’s lawyers had said they were going to argue the PENALTY was a tax. I believe it’s called a PENALTY in the law.

Until recently i used to think Americans are educated and modern, but postings from americans on obama have proved that they are ignorant villagers, stupid, racist, primitive, empty headed, garbage, dirty, uneducated and have sewage in place of brain.no wonder chinese, russian despise them seriously. how did this people(americans) become first world? they are so fucked up and shafted.
