Here Comes Feinstein’s Gun Control

Okay folks, we knew it was going to happen. Most of us KNEW the democrats would be coming after guns in Obama’s second term. You might say, “Hey, if it wasn’t for Newtown they wouldn’t be going after them” Really? Do you honestly believe that Dianne Feinstein in one week could write this legislation? Or do you think it was already written and just waiting for the right time?

And there’s more. Trust me this isn’t the final wish list of Mrs Feinstein. Basically, what we have here is California’s gun laws with a few new tweaks. This is what’s known as “baby steps” They will float this out there and then call everyone who opposes it “baby killers” They will call any opposition the NRA’s fault. They will continue to say it’s only white people who have an issue with these minor tweaks to our 2nd amendment rights.

Now lets take this a step further. Lets play with the 1st amendment a bit. Every public access news channel must offer opposing views to every political story. Every story must first be registered and okayed by a bi-partisan committee. Every news channel must be evaluated for fairness. Pornography must be stopped for the common good. It’s degrading to women and perpetrates spousal abuse. Any movie or video game that has a gun in it, must be rated M-21 only.

You think those 1st amendment tweaks are an infringement of the 1st amendment? Remember it Democrats because very soon, democrats won’t be in power. There is a coming storm that you are on the wrong side of. You went against the bible, you went against patriots now you are attacking the 2nd amendment. This is a red line in our nation. Believe it.

Dianne Feinstein is having a virtual orgasm over the possible control she will give to the government. She’s foaming at the mouth with her glee over removing your rights. If you support her infringing on our rights YOU are the enemy of the nation.

Any Republican who votes YES for this should immediately switch party’s. I will never donate a dime to another GOP candidate, nor will I support any republican for as long as I live if this grab passes. Dianne Feinstein and Obama are doing exactly what has been done in California. They are making the opposition into baby killers in the media and rather than fight the lies, they will lay down and “Compromise” Look how many GOP’rs are left in California?

New York Paper Publishes Permitted Firearms owners Addresses

Isn’t that special? For years we’ve been saying that firearm registration was very bad idea. We’ve argued that in the wrong hands that information could place people in danger. We THOUGHT it would be the government first to use this info against us. Turns out it’s just local thugs first…

New York newspaper faces backlash after publishing map of gun permit holders

A local New York newspaper is drawing the ire of its readers after publishing an interactive map that shows the names and addresses of thousands of residents who have handgun permits.
The online map was published by The Journal News along with an article under the headline: “The gun owner next door: What you don’t know about the weapons in your neighborhood.”

The paper felt it was in the interest of the common good to put these names out there and they can because of freedom of information… How many of those are cops? FBI? DHS? Did we break the information out to PRIVATE citizens only? NOPE, these reporters put the entire list out. So without further ado.

How low is this? Well, could you imagine the outcry if the NRA published names and addresses of those who are NOT REGISTERED to own a firearm? Now would be a great time for a news paper to publish a federal list? This was okay right? Why not do the entire country like this?

This is the world we live in now. You follow the law, you do as required by law to protect yourself and family. Then some assholes who can’t ask simple questions about Benghazi, Fast and furious, college records etc put you and your family at risk. How many COPS were among that list? Don’t you think that info is valuable to someone with a grudge? Dumb bastards.

Our illustrious media on display. I think its time to see if these so-called “Reporters” have kids who engage is unprotected sex or illicit drugs or maybe drive drunk.. Lets check into the background of them and every family member of these “Reporters” lets find out if any of them have a firearm, ever used one. Lets get details about their medications, their online activity… The hunt has started, who will be the first to post these and other questions regarding the reporters actions for the common good… Not that I would ever do that or anything….

This does bring into play a 1st amendment defense. These reporters have a RIGHT to say whatever they want, UNLESS it puts people in danger. As it is right now, we have a guy in jail who made a video about Muhammad and is blamed for numerous deaths. There is NO 1st amendment protection for him, so I would suggest an armed riot by legal gun owners in that area might get action. Short of that, nothing will be done without US getting involved.

Armed Teachers? My Thoughts.

There’s a lot of solutions to the shooting in Newtown tragedy being bantered about. All the gun grabbers are using it to go after all guns and ammo. All the Gun Nuts (Myself included) are defending the 2nd amendment rights and pushing the mental health/crime and punishment solutions. One potential solution is to arm teachers. At first I thought this was a good idea. I have some second thoughts. Not that I disagree with the thought totally.

Arming the teachers: So we decide that allowing teachers to carry arms in school is a way to prevent tragedy like Newtown. There’s NO DOUBT that if a couple of teachers were armed the body count would be less or it wouldn’t have happened at all. Anyone who argues that fact is ignorant to the point of brain dead.

We decide to allow teachers to carry in school: We have thousands of teachers going to get a handgun, training, permits and background checks, that’s Great. We also have several teachers who refuse to do it. That’s great too. If we ALLOW teachers to carry, rather than MANDATE them to carry. I’m good with it. I also want to make sure that PARENTS KNOW their kids teacher is armed and give parents the right to opt out. We also need to protect that ARMED teacher from future law suits.

Think about this scenario:

An armed teacher standing in front of her class, sees a gunman enter her room and open fire on the kids, 3 kids are hit before she unholsters and unloads 4 rounds. 3 of those rounds hit the murderer. One of those rounds bounces off a wall and kill a kid. Our media today will not focus on the 3 kids the murderer killed, it will be the ONE KID the teacher hit on the front page. There won’t be any discussion about how many children that teacher saved, it will be about why that teacher killed a kid.

We don’t look at what didn’t happen. We can’t measure that. The kid the teacher killed is just as dead as if the murderer did it. Reasonable people would understand the teacher is a hero and saved many kids. Liberals/gun grabbers/media would hold that teacher as an accomplice to the murderer.

To protect the teachers, waivers of some sort will need to be written. Teachers are not cops, cops deal with this a lot.IF they fire and kill an innocent they are raked over the coals for it. Hell, even if the “Innocent” is firing a gun at them they are scrutinized. Do teachers want that responsibility? Is it really a good idea to expect them to take that on?

All that being said, I’d send my kids to school with armed teachers in OTHER STATES. States like Texas, AZ, hell, anywhere in AMERICA. In CA? Um, no. Stupid is at epidemic proportions out here.

Well, it didn’t take long for the super gun grabbers to “Move on” and go “Forward” with their agenda driven, knee jerk policy push did it?

We have a couple of options. “WE” being People who believe the RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS is self evident and requires ZERO explanation as to its meaning. “WE” being people who will die defending those rights. (There will be blood, right unions?)

Option 1: Fight tooth and nail against every government action involving firearm regulation.

Option 2: Allow SOME regulation to protect other facets of firearms.

What is about to happen is this. Mark this down because I’ll be alluding to it often in the coming days.

The NRA will capitulate to some regulation is needed it will involve some sort of magazine capacity or rifle style. The government will tout the NRA’s “Willingness” to move on the issue as progress.

Now, IF this happens, I will renounce my NRA membership. I have seen the baby steps from start till now in California. Option ONE is the only option. WE FIGHT EVERYTHING out of the mouths of these hypocrites in suits regarding guns. NOTHING other than REMOVING gun regulations that have already been enacted need to be discussed.

Let me tell you where I am with this entire situation. The only discussion that needs to be had after the tragedy in Newtown is MENTAL HEALTH and CRIME AND PUNISHMENT.

We can discuss what to do with the nutjobs, how we determine someone is a nutjob and the responsibility of the Fed/state/county/city to care for said nutjob. I have NO PROBLEM WITH THAT DISCUSSION.

We can discuss criminal punishment, we can discuss the fact that prisons are no longer feared as a punishment. We can make prison time HARD, rather than an institution of higher learning for criminals. We can discuss USING the death penalty for crimes involving guns. We can discuss all of this. What I will not discuss is losing MY RIGHT to own an AR-15 because some asshole did something disgusting.

There’s a lot of talk about the “Need” for an AR15. Let me put that to bed right now.

Cops have AR15’s MP4’s and even some M16’s. They have some very heavy firepower at their disposal. Why do they need them? If you say to protect US, you’re too stupid to breathe. It’s to protect THEM. And let me say, they do NEED THEM. While your every day American doesn’t go out looking for the bad guy like cops do, your everyday American is always LOOKED FOR BY CRIMINALS!

Elementary School Shooting in CT.

Like everyone else in the world, I heard about this in the news. I went through a wide rang of emotions and decided not to post anything about it until I had calmed down. It’s now about 10 hours after I heard the news and I’m sufficiently calm enough to post a few thoughts.

I see no need to link to story’s about this, everyone knows what happend. I will not mention the shooters name, nor post a picture of his worthless ass. I won’t be posting pictures of the victims, nor will I post names of the fallen.

What I will do is offer my prayers to those who lost loved ones this morning as well as those who had to respond to such a horrific scene. I can’t imagine the hell you all are going through right now. May GOD bless you in this time of need.

I would also like to offer my thoughts on the TYPICAL “Ban Guns” crowd that never misses an opportunity to use an incident like this to push for more regulation:

The shooter was 20 yrs old. He stole all the firearms he had on him, stealing is illegal, He had two 9mm pistols in his possession. That’s illegal, you have to be 21 to have a handgun in Ct. He killed his mother before he drove to the school. murder is also illegal. The shooter broke all of those laws before he even got to the school, why wasn’t he arrested? Why didn’t those laws stop him? What would more laws do to stop him?

The Anti-Gun crowd including those libers from Hollywood who make movies in which guns are used, are coming unhinged. These are the same hollywood types that say “Violence in their movies doesn’t cause people to do stupid things” IF they had any convictions of their character they would refuse to do movies that had guns in them. But they wont. They would refuse to glorify violence in their movies but they wont. They will spout about you and I giving up our rights to bear arms because that’s easy.

The rest of the Brady campaigners and mayors like Bloomban in NY are screaming that the federal government needs to do something to stop gun violence. Yet they will not say we need to put religious teachings back in school. They will go after an inanimate object because it can’t speak for itself. WHY? Because to confront the real problem would hurt feelings. You would have to admit that the leftists controlling our school system are to blame for a society melt down. You would have to blame a PERSON or PEOPLE for the violence and that would cause you to actually acknowledge some very disturbing facts.

Facts like MOST murders in the USA are committed by GANG MEMBERS. Most Murders in the USA are committed by repeat felons. MOST MURDERS using the gun are committed by career criminals that WE REFUSE TO LOCK UP because of our “Feelings”

Here is the last bit of my rebuttal to any gun grabbing son of a bitch that is actively attempting to make ME a criminal because I OWN FIREARMS:

In California, a .50 caliber rifle is ILLEGAL, I can put my hands on one within a day. High capacity magazines are ILLEGAL, I can put my hands on several within minutes. Fully Auto/Machine guns are Illegal, I can put my hands on one within a week. Crack/Cocaine/Heroin are all illegal and I can get all of it within a day. Exactly what kind of law do you see that has the potential to stop someone from obtaining a firearm?

Fact is there are MILLIONS of firearms in our nation and MILLIONS of owners who have never fired one at a person. I hope cooler heads will prevail after the mourning period. I have my doubts but there’s always hope when like-minded individuals stick together. The first thing to do is STAND UP and say HELL NO to any gun regulation that may come because of this tragedy. Good laws are NEVER made in crisis. Only agenda driven laws are passed in crisis.

I would also like to know where the “Anti-Gun” crowd were when Eric Holder sent hundreds of high-powered guns into cartel hands? How many Mexican kids were killed by those firearms? Here’s another fact: 5 of the worst 12 massacres in the USA have been committed under Obama’s watch. Coincidence? Lets also ask this: Would this be considered a work place violence incident if the 20 yr old piss ant converted to Islam recently?

Fast and Furious and Obama’s Dilema

I’ve been pretty busy lately. Just trying to keep our heads above water. We’re doing all we can to stave off the effects of this never ending recession and we’re losing the battle. We’ll survive and we’ll do it without the government. That’s what we do. Now onto the latest example of incompetent leadership.

Eric Holder was held in contempt and Obama inserted his “Executive Privilege” Which is HIS RIGHT TO DO. Presidents have exercised that option throughout history. However; If you spent the last year or so claiming you knew nothing about Operation Fast and Furious, claiming executive privilege makes you either a liar in the first part. OR a very good friend to cover up the lies in the second part. Either way, it’s now YOURS.

Now, the entire investigation has been blamed on Racism is nothing new. But what is new is the latest Pelosi reasoning: “There’s a connection between this witch hunt and the fact that Eric Holder is fighting against voter suppression” WOW How many yoga classes do you have to take to twist facts into that reasoning? Too stupid for words is she. (YODA)

Now the next excuse is.. Wait for it… BUSH’S FAULT. I love this one. And the uneducated believe it.. or are too love struck with king Obama to apply reason and logic to that charge.
Facts are miserable things to liberal/progressive/power hungry democrats.

The heart of the issue for me is simple: The underhandedness at which this operation was undertaken is a real problem. It shows the character of those in charge and it calls into question the lengths they will go to get their agenda through the American people.

Here’s a couple more things to think about:

1. Trayvon Martin looks like Obama’s son. Sandra Fluke gets a call from Obama after Rush correctly pointed out that she’s a slut. Brian Terry’s family has yet to hear from Obama.

2. The Media, the very people who are supposed to be watching the rulers for the people didn’t even run the story until months after it broke. And who broke it? Bloggers.

3. Can you imagine the actions of these agenda driven king complexed elected officials if BLOGGERS were silenced? Can you imagine the damage done to our nation with only NETWORK MEDIA to report?

Just a few things to think about the next time you watch the state run media and think they are doing their jobs.

US soldiers were asked to disarm during a speech by Leon Panetta, the American defence secretary, in a sign of grown concern over spates of seemingly random violence in Afghanistan.

It makes sense when you are perceived as ANTI-Military in a WAR. I’m pretty sure it had nothing to do with “Our Afghan allies” and everything to do with “Panneta’s safety concerns” If you are not willing to stand behind our Marines, feel free to stand in front of them. And Panetta was hedging his bets.

Obama is NOT real popular among our soldiers. Matter of fact, Obama has about the lowest approval rating of any CIC in modern days. But don’t worry Leon, they are still professional and will grant you the freedom to be a stupid SOB. That’s one reason they fight so hard….

Tales of the California Gun

Since I live in the “Peoples Republik of Kalifornia” I notice a lot of things that folks in other states don’t. I get a chance to see the drug war, the gang war, the class war and the illegal Immigration war first hand…. Funny how they are all connected here in CA…

In February (So far) there have been 13 declared murders NINE of which involved firearms. Now this is good news I guess because 4 of the 13 KILLED didn’t involve being shot. One was stabbed, one was bludgeoned and two were labeled as “Other”…

This doesn’t include the latest homicide in which an ICE agent shot another ICE agent.

Does anyone know where I’m heading with this? If you don’t you haven’t read my rants before so buckle up cause it’s gonna be a rough ride if you’re a Brady Campaign supporter….

Now personally I’d love to know exactly WHO the murdered were. Were they gangbangers? IF so then cover them up with good top soil, maybe something worth a shit will grow from their rotten corpse.

Were they Drug dealers/Users? If so DON’T BURY them, cremate their dumbasses and scatter the ashes in a local waste disposal area.

Were they rapists/Robbers/Child predators? If so, then piss on them and cremate them too…

ALL I want to know is if any of these “Murdered” were innocent victims, were they going through their lives raising their kids being upstanding citizens? IF so then find out who killed them, give them a trial and execute their ass if found guilty.

Now, I’d also like to know if the INNOCENT victim of the crime was carrying a firearm? Did they have the ability to defend themselves from being murdered?… See that’s the problem I have. I don’t care at all if gangbangers are dropping dead from lead poisoning, matter of fact if they run low on AMMO holler at me I’ll provide more…

What we have here just to recap is CALIFORNIA and it’s ridiculous anti-second amendment stances which have and will continue to get people killed. Those that understand the difference between “Shall issue” and “May Issue” understand that CA is a “May Issue” meaning that to get a CCW you must prove you need it, have it signed off by a sheriff and pass countless tests. Not to mention if YOU use your firearm in defense YOU are still considered guilty before YOU prove your innocence. (Not in all counties but most)

The Gun Grabbing in CA has been a fun thing for the democrats in this state. They have pretty much disarmed us through regulation and laws. They’ve diminished our abilities to protect ourselves and each other to please a few. Some laws are worth breaking. Some laws require you to make a choice. Some laws are so ridiculous that you have to weigh the options. Carried by 6 or Judged by 12? A no brainer for me.

People of CA have been lulled into a sense of dementia I think. They don’t notice the very same law makers who have disarmed the citizens, have ARMED guards for themselves and loved ones. Why is that? Nancy Pelosi, Barbara Boxer, Dianne Feinstein all have personal protective services who are armed. Why not us? Why do WE the People in America have to succumb to the will of hypocrites? Why, when the law makers decide to let criminals out of jail because of over crowding are we not allowed to be armed? How is that even possible in America? It’s not. But it is in Amerika.

We let it get this way and it’s coming to the rest of the nation with another Obama term.
