What was seen at the 9-12 rally in DC?

I have a little advice for the Tea Party faithful. America for the most apart appreciates your passion, they really love the fact that you are willing to go out in the rain and shout your opinions. They are grateful for your involvement in the movement.

That being said:

Realize you are a target of MOST media. Realize you are going to end up on some liberal/progressive web site, or news reel if you make any statement that is even remotely controversial. The best thing for ANY protester at any tea party rally to do is use the “No Comment” answer to media. Keep em guessing. Let those on stage answer the questions. Let the leaders of your individual party answer questions. WE foot soldiers need to let our signs, and our appearance at these rallies do the talking.

Just a little advice…

  1. An excellent bit of advice…

At our upcoming event we have already made an official announcement, ALL media questions are to be directed to the President, V-President or Communications Director…

When members speak, as a whole, they usually get it right, but the facts get left out and passion enters in place of reasoned response, and the left eats ’em up alive…

  2. I must be missing something. I didn’t see anything particularly egregious in that. You’ll never acquire unanimity in any meeting or movement; it’s just the nature of the beast.

I could vid any Leftist rally and edit it down to make them all appear to be — even to the general public — raving lunatics.

Again, I must be missing something here.

  3. BZ, No you are not really missing anything, but you will see in the near future the lady that made the comment about “Black this and Black that” showing up on liberal websites and MSNBC…This was really not the time and place for that comment although I fully agree with it.
