Congratulations to both teams.

I’m an Angel fan and since Texas is in the same division I have to hate Texas. However; since this is their first big dance and since they arrived at the dance by riding some former angel players, I’ll be pulling for them.

The Giants on the other hand hail from Frisco, a particular place in our country that if it disappeared would raise the IQ points of the nation significantly. Not to mention the moral compass. I hope they lose in 4 straight.

  1. You’re obviously talking about that once all American sport of baseball.
    The sport that didn’t let two world wars stop them from having a world series even in the darkest and hardest times of a war with a questionable outcome.

    The same MLB that -in the late 70’s/early 80’s held a strike that blew off the entire pennant race and the World Series? Why should I care about a bunch of overpaid Union thugs who care more about their union benefits than keeping a tradition of sportsmanship alive?

    Fred, yeah for once we’ll be rooting for the same team. We seem to be on opposite sides a lot in the sports area, Like tonight, I know you are rooting for Dallas…. HA!

    Bob, Most folks will be on the Texas band wagon. The deserve a win, poor bastids haven’t had this good of team ever.
