Cracks in the “Coalition” Already?

Cracks in the “Coalition” Already?

That didn’t take long did it? The Arab league comes out against the bombing of Libya… After they were for it. Sounds like the Arab League should be U.S Congressional Caucus.

First cracks emerge in military coalition on Libya

While the US-French-British core stayed solid, cracks started to show Monday in the military coalition hastily assembled to take action on Libya as the Arab League and some EU countries wavered.

Criticism of the operation came swiftly after French jets took to the skies on Saturday to launch the first air strikes on Libyan targets in support of UN Security Council Resolution 1973.

Arab League Secretary General Amr Mussa caused concerns on Sunday when he said the air strikes went beyond the scope of the resolution to implement a no-fly zone and said he was concerned about civilians being hurt in bombing.

Now if this surprised ANYONE then you are uninformed. The Arab league is full of Arabs. There’s a saying “Never trust an Arab” and its as old as time its self.

I’m thinking it wont take long before France backs off. Although right now Sarkozy makes Obama look like a 5th grade school girl. Sad to say but it’s true. Already Putin is not happy, China will chime in shortly then the entire coalition becomes shaky. The same thing happened in Iraq. Remember when Spain dropped out? The left went nuts about us being alone…History repeats itself for the ignorant.

So what have we learned about Obama and his “Experience” in world affairs? When someone else has to make a decision on how to handle a particular problem, he has all the answers about what they should have done. When HE has to make a decision, he makes the same exact decision that he criticized the previous POTUS for.

The web is ALIVE with all the hypocrisy from Obama between the 2005 and the run-up to the election, and now, So I won’t bother posting it again. But I do gotta say again. Obama is NOT the one I want in charge of ANY WAR, ANY CONFLICT or ANY DEALINGS with ANY WORLD LEADER. I don’t want a person like Obama as a city dog catcher much less the leader of the free world.

I don’t like Kadaffi or pretty much any Muslim country or believer. I wouldn’t piss on them if they were on fire and I really don’t like sending our men and women out to fight FOR people who would just as soon kill us than look at us.

God Bless out airmen and women in harms way, they are leaderless at the top.

Looks like the Arab League has changed their minds and are now okay with the bombing in Libya. They will say something totally different in Arabic within the next 24 hours.

    1. Brock, Never trust an Arab. PERIOD. The fact is, if the USA stayed out of this, Ghadaffy would have ran over the rebels and Libya would once again be stable (As stable as it was 3 months ago) And nothing would have changed for the world. NOW, what is going to happen is the USA will take the entire blame for this action because WE have the ability to kill from afar. France can, England can but don’t have the ability we do.

Now after SEVERAL sorties, Several bombs, and SEVERAL people killed by US, the tiny nation of Qatar is sending 4 jets, Our jets that we sold them, piloted by people WE trained. Um I don’t think the Arab streets will see that as a “Muslim nation” supporting this actions.

  1. Amen, man.

    SURVIVAL
The UN seems intent on invading or at least bombing Libia. And U.S. forces will it seems, as per usual, be in the thick of it. Pardon me for sounding like a hick who inappropriately points out the obvious at a swank soiree, but I must ask:
1.) Why are we directly sticking out noses into a civil war?
2.) Who gave the U.N. debating society the God-like omniscience to deem Gaddafi’s national government “illegitimate”?
3.) When did Congress abrogate its power to declare war? And,
4.) Why is the current Administration so intent on replacing an ostensibly secular dictatorship with an Islamic dictatorship?

  2. Anything that has Arab or Islamic leadership involved is a f*ckup looking for a place to happen… And with Obama running America, that makes us the ones suffering from stealth muzzie BS…
