Obama sends harshly worded letter to China:

We’re sorry, we can’t possibly turn back the AC carrier group now. However; I assure the people of China and North Korea that no real ammunition will be used in our exercises. We promise to only shoot bubbles out of our armaments and will only supply food and clothing to the North Korean people.

After further investigation we have determined that the people of South Korea deserved that shelling they got on Tuesday and we have spoken to them about angering the North Korean leaders.

Again our sincere apologies to China and North Korea.
