California: What a piece of work, Rapist Released

Unbelievable: You ask why is California the shape it’s in? This is typical:

California Warden Ignores DA, Releases Rapist Early

SANTA ANA, Calif. (Nov. 18) — A man who raped two young girls at knifepoint and threatened to bury them in a graveyard was released from prison by a warden who ignored a prosecutor’s plea for a few more hours to obtain a judicial stay.

Orange County District Attorney Tony Rackauckas has spent the past year trying to make sure Lawrence Brown, 55, did not get paroled for the 1983 attacks. Nevertheless, Brown was released Wednesday evening from a Los Angeles-area prison after serving only half of his 49-year sentence.

The California Department of Corrections placed a hold on Brown, but Deputy Warden Richard Alvarado of Chino State Prison decided to release him anyway.

“To him, [Brown] was a mere number, so he said, ‘OK, you are out,’ ” said Jim Tanizaki, one of Rackauckas’ top attorneys, recalling a phone conversation he had with Alvarado. “He said he didn’t think the order to hold Brown until 11:59 p.m. was a proper order, so he was going to release him.”

Then when you look at the details of his crime:

Early in the evening of April 19, 1983, Brown abducted an 8-year-old girl who was playing hide-and-seek near her Santa Ana home with friends. Then 24, 5 feet 11 and 205 pounds, Brown pulled his 57-pound victim into his red van as she kicked and screamed to get away. He then drove her to an unknown location, parked the van and forced her to orally copulate him before removing her underwear and raping her. He left semen on her clothing before driving her to a parking lot and dumping her off, telling her to go home and warning that he would return and hurt her if she told anyone what happened.

The assault prompted the Santa Ana Police Department to launch a massive search for the unknown predator and investigate more than 100 red vans as possible leads. Then, at about 7:45 a.m. on Oct. 5, 1983, Brown kidnapped a 7-year-old girl walking to school in Santa Ana. He approached the 34-pound immigrant from Cambodia, picked her up, covered her screaming mouth and nose with his hands and stuffed her in his red van. He drove her to a cemetery, opening the door wide enough for her to see as he told her he’d kill her and bury her with other children there who had not listened to him.

After driving around for awhile, Brown eventually stopped, pulled the girl to the back of the van with him and through threats to her, her family and with a knife to her chest, slapped her, ordered her to strip, rubbed her chest and crotch and began to rape her. But her small size frustrated him, so he forcibly sodomized her as she cried. He then forced his penis in her mouth and ejaculated, causing her to vomit. He dumped her off near a market, again threatening to kill her and her family if she told anyone what happened.

Brown was eventually caught when his red van was recognized as being the one used in the crimes. (Source)

You can see plainly that this guy is no danger to society what so ever… 😯

But on the bright side, California’s gun laws make it almost certain that Mr Brown will be free to do as he wishes without fear of some extremist gun owner taking him out. I SAID ALMOST!

Not long ago another rapist was freed here in California before his sentence was fulfilled.

Remember John Gardner?

Gardner abducted Chelsea, a talented student and cross country runner, while she was jogging in the city of San Diego on February 25.

He raped and strangled her before dumping her body in a shallow grave by a lake.

The convicted sex offender was arrested within days and soon after led authorities to Amber’s body who had been missing since February last year.

Gardner admitted kidnapping, raping and stabbing her.

At the time of his arrest, Gardner was a convicted sex offender on parole with a 10-year criminal record.

He had recently spent six years in prison for beating and sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl.

So our wonderful judicial system has once again put our states citizens at risk because of PCness or political expediency…Not sure why this is being done other than MONEY. Our state is purging the prison system because of lack of funding. The state’s broke everyone knows it. So the politicians are going to use things like this to up the pressure on the state. I have a solution:

USE the Death penalty. USE like a fast food drive through. USE it often and USE it quickly. Animals like these two should go to the front of the line and if you are having issues finding people to pull the switch Give me a call… I’ll be happy to do it and sleep fine after.
