It’s been happening here for awhile. We have too many felons and not enough beds. The funny thing is, the prison guard union is the biggest in the state. I think even more powerful than the teachers… Who all voted for Brown (Moonbeam) So here’s where the state of California is going:
1. They just banned OPEN CARRY (Unloaded was okay until recently. You could have a loaded mag on your hip but not in the gun. Sucked but better than nothing)
2. They are releasing 42k FELONS onto the streets of California.
