Well, I guess better late than never… Or Not.

Benghazi, IRS, AP are just the latest. Well, the latest that the media arm of the democrat party will admit. Forgive me if I don’t sympathize with the Associated Press reporters being investigated. Evidently, the reporters stepped out of line and went rogue. They must have questioned something that only FOX reporters or Bloggers can question.

Lets recap a little shall we: Since Obama has taken control of America, we the people have KNOWN there’s some underhanded power abuses happening. The executive orders based on ideology not facts. The Solyndra scandal and several others were pushed under the rug by the media elites.

Obamacare is another issue that WE the American people saw as a train wreck back when Pelosi was screaming that we must pass it to find out what’s in it. Now? IRS is going to administer that program. No problem huh?

If you remember the elite media buried all of Obama’s records including birth records. ANYONE who dared asked about them were put into an “Extremist/Racist” barrel by the very same media that is now asking questions…

I’m not a “Birther” but it begs for an answer that since everything we’ve said since 2008 is either being proven true now or its at least under scrutiny. Perhaps we should be investigating EVERYTHING…

And for the record, having the DOJ investigate the IRS for helping Obama is about as funny as having YOU investigate YOURSELF for any wrongdoing. I’m betting you won’t find anything.

Let’s take a look at the past couple years… The Wiener “lies” the Blago files, the Holder scandals, the “Push mama off the cliff” ads that were debunked fully. Now we have the “War on women” mantra from the left. Now this list is not even close to finished, there’s many lies from the left that made headlines which were later deemed LIES. Just look at the Obamacare debacle to see how it affects all of us.

IF you vote democrat, YOU are the problem. IF you subscribe to the lies and refuse to think you are the problem, I’m telling you YOU ARE THE PROBLEM. IF you continue to fall for what the democrat media machine tells you, YOU are the problem. IF you vote Democrat you are an enemy of freedom. YOU and those who support the Democrat party platform are the biggest threat to America.

The Dow is falling faster than Anthony Wiener’s political career did after Wienergate… Unemployment rate is currently at 9.2% actual is closer to 12% Obama is partying and fundraising… Fiddler while Rome is burning.

Good thing Obama and his MAJORITY Congress critters passed the stimulus that didn’t stimulate, the ObamaCare package that would create “Thousands of jobs the minute it passed” according to Nancy Pelosi (D-ipshit)

Fact is, according to most leading economist and what we were told in 09, is the unemployment rate would skyrocket to 11% if we didn’t bailout/stimulate/regulate at that time without a second to delay…. So if you average 3 years of 9.7, 9.6 and 9.2 % you get around 9.4% percent unemployment. Which means LESS Revenue for the Government…

IF you didn’t do anything (Which is what MANY of us wanted to do) we would have had 11% one year and it would have steadily came down (Without OBAMACARE) if you use history as the measurement; Let’s figure 11% in 09, 9% in 2010 and by now most economy guru’s would say 5-6-7%% average that and get around 7-8-9% unemployment. Without spending 4trillion in failed policy… WITHOUT a crippling healthcare policy that will have dire effects for a long time….

Many said: Let the free markets fix the mess, lets take the pain now help where we can and let the markets work. That’s not the socialist way. That’s the capitalist way and its a PROVEN way. Instead of doing nothing and allowing AMERICANS to be AMERICANS and rub a little dirt on it and walk it off, the nannies had to intervene. This is the choice we have. Failed NANNY’S or proven Self reliance. Confidence in your nation to dust off the pain and learn from it, or the belief that you’re not capable and only the government can do it.

White House Urges Supreme Court Not to Jump Into Health Care Law Cases Prematurely

The Obama administration told the Supreme Court on Monday night it should stay away from a high-profile challenge to the 2010 health care law until after a lower court has had a chance to review the case.

Acting Solicitor General Neal Katyal wrote, “there is no basis for short-circuiting the normal course of appellate review.” Katyal also says Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli’s case is problematic because he may lack sufficient standing to challenge the health care law.

The Supreme Court normally takes cases only after they’ve been reviewed at least once by appellate judges. Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli says that’s not appropriate in this instance.

In his filing last month, Cuccinelli said there’s a “palpable consensus” that the high court will ultimately have to pass judgment on the merits of President Obama’s health care law and should do so without delay. Furthermore, Cuccinelli argues that his case involves “pure issues of constitutional law” that appellate judges on the Fourth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals will be unable to definitively resolve.

This is another one of those “Trust me” moments that the liberal leaders are so inclined to use. “You don’t need to worry, you don’t need to understand, you don’t need to see what’s behind the curtain, just trust me I know what’s best for you”….

Obamacare is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Obama knows it, His idiots in his cabinet know this, and he knows if it goes to SCOTUS NOW it’s gets shot down. He also knows his entire presidency is tied to this disaster of legislation and if it gets shot down at the highest level, he loses all credibility even from his lackies….

Remember during the healthcare debates, “you can keep your doctor”- Lie. “You can keep your insurance” LIE, “No taxpayer funded abortions” LIE, and so on.

Now we are seeing the people that helped pass this law by promoting it’s virtues being granted waivers from it. So what happens to the rest of us? Well we’ll just have to suck it up I guess…

Union Pushes for ObamaCare Then Is Granted Waiver

The irony would be humorous if it weren’t so sad: The United Federation of Teachers, the New York City branch of the American Federation of Teachers, which pushed ardently for ObamaCare has now requested – and received – a waiver from its mandates.

The UFT is a member of New York State United Teachers (NYSUT).  In September 2009, the NYSUT’s website published “Health care reform: facts vs. myths.” Here’s an excerpt:

* Myth: Health care reform will force you out of your current insurance plan or force you to change doctors.
* Fact: You can keep your existing insurance; reform will expand your medical options, not eliminate them.

ObamaCare was such a great idea at the time – the AFT gave hundreds of thousands of dollars to Healthcare for America Now, the leading organization pushing for the government takeover of health care.

It was announced Thursday that the UFT has requested and received an Obamacare-waiver after it discovered their members would end up losing their health insurance plans.  Uh oh.

Unions across the nation were pushing for this forced bullshit. We on the right new this bill was a sham, a damn lie, and a lot of special interest payoffs. We couldn’t stop it because there are not enough AMERICANS in the ruling class. It passed on party line voting. NO Republican voted for this mess so the Democrats can’t blame anyone but themselves for the damage that has been done. This bill has kept job creation at bay. But they don’t understand why…Well all of us can’t be exempt from it. Only the special interests like unions and green (Bogus) industry….

IF the Republicans take over the house and senate in November, the first thing they better do is vote to repeal this job killing, big government entitlement program that has kept us in a recession. IF the democrats retain power, unemployment will go to 12% at least. So that’s a choice we got to make. I know where I’m voting.

I’ve heard many people talk about the Health Care vote and how there were so-called “moderate” democrats that voted against the bill. Yes there were. BUT I’d like to open a few eyes that may not be so inclined to see the true tale.

Nancy Pelosi is a corrupt, lying steaming pile of dog shit, BUT she’s damn good at what she does. She COVERED several of the Democrats in order to strengthen their chances in upcoming elections. Several of the “Moderate Democrats” that voted NO are in heated fights to retain their seats. The ol HAG in the House conducted a “Silent Roll Call” and determined how many votes she had for the travesty.. ooops I mean bill, and then determined which Democrats would be hurt the most by a yes vote. She did some quick math and allowed some of the following Democrats to disavow their roll in the destruction of our nation.

These are the Democrats that voted NO, along with my opinion of why they did:

Rep. Marion Berry (Ark.) LEGIT Retiring, he knows a bad bill when he sees it.
Rep. Dan Boren (Okla.) LEGIT Southern Democrat, a damn sight better than most Cali Republicans. He checked out.

Rep. Dan Lipinski (Ill.) COVER Voted FOR the first house bill, voted against this one…No signs of a strong opponent yet, but “iffy”

Rep. Zack Space (Ohio) COVER, he represents a very red district and a YEA vote would have sealed his fate.
Rep. John Tanner (Tenn.) LEGIT, Original Blue Dog Dem, AKA Republican light, Conservative Dem.
Rep. Gene Taylor (Miss.) LEGIT, has bucked his party in favor of what’s RIGHT, a noble GENE!
Rep. Harry Teague (N.M.) LEGIT, Seems to be a blue dog with common sense.

So what you see here are some Democrats who deserve a Thank You, for standing up to the Pelosi machine, and some weasels that need to be removed ASAP.

These OPINIONS on these Democrats are MINE, I researched each candidate myself with no outside help to form MY opinions, I share these with you in order to bring fairness to the debate over who should get gratitude and who deserves a boot. The HUFFPO’s CNN’s and MSNBC’s of the nation will have the opinion that those Democrats that voted against the bill should all be fired. I agree, every Democrat should be fired, and about 3/4 of the Republicans. BUT for this brief moment in time I’d like to recognize the efforts and stands of the LEGITS. Thanks Dems, you have set yourself apart from the progressives and for that I THANK YOU!
