Herman Cain, “High Tech Lynching?”

Herman Cain, “High Tech Lynching?”

Okay after a couple days of hearing about Herman Cain’s ALLEGED sexual harassment charges, I’ve decided it’s time for me to weigh in.

Why is it only CONSERVATIVE black men get HUGE media attention IMMEDIATELY when they get accused of sexual misconduct? Seems to me John Edwards had MUCH more damning evidence against him and it took a year and the National Enquirer to find it…

In my best Obama voice: Let me be clear, I am not a big supporter of Herman Cain. I do like him better than most of the candidates. Herman Cain has a lot going for him, he’s also got a few things against him IMO. His stance on gun control worries me greatly. But no more than Romney or Newt. Cain’s experience in DC politics is missing, which is good and bad.. But THIS sexual harassment charge is B.S.

Here’s what should bother everyone in America. If it doesn’t your eyes are shut.

From the start of the campaign season, Romney has led the field. As soon as one candidate comes close to him, the media pounces. They’re digging like mad China men under the gun. They NEVER dug up or even attempted to dig up anything about Obama.

So what does that tell you? It tells you the media who in large part are OBAMA SUPPORTERS are wanting ROMNEY to be the Republican candidate. WHY? Because it takes OBAMACARE off the discussion. AND THE MEDIA THINKS OBAMA CAN BEAT ROMNEY.

Rick Perry has stumbled badly. He’s under the lamp too.

This is PRIMARY SEASON. The vetting WE do should be based on OUR research. Do NOT LET THE MEDIA PICK YOUR GUY/GAL. Research both sides and come to your own conclusion. Consider all sources of information.

Ask yourself ONE question about ANY source you find: DID THEY REPORT ON OBAMA IN A NEGATIVE LIGHT IN 2008? IF they didn’t discount them. Find another one.

I’ve seen MANY Conservatives pouncing on Cain for this indiscretion. The fact is, he settled it out of court. PERIOD. The only reason it’s even news now, is Cain is on top of a lot of polls.

I have my own reasons for discounting Cain but this hatchet job by the MSM isn’t going to be one of them.

Cain beats Obama in 2012 if they meet in the general. Fact..

This sexual harassment thing isn’t something the Democrats can talk about much… Clinton anyone.

All of this is history repeating itself. Successful black man who is conservative is like a runaway slave to the media. Clarence Thomas anyone?….

There’s another problem, I’ve heard Rick Perry’s camp gave the story to Politico… IF that’s the case, then Perry is going on the shit list. IF you can’t beat the man in ideals and you do this YOU SIR have shown poor character and it will set MANY conservatives off. As I said IF. I don’t believe for a minute Rick Perry would do that.

But I’ve been wrong before.

  1. As you know, I am supporting Ron Paul. However, I do not like how this is going down against Herman Cain. I’ll not speculate as to where this story came from, but I will say this. The Cain campaign reportedly knew about this for at least a couple of weeks before it hit the wire. They should have been better prepared for the inevitable storm.

    1. I don’t disagree with you LD at least on the Cain thing. Ron Paul on the other hand… But as I’ve stated many times. I’ll vote for the last R standing. What’s messed up is that the line up we have now is the best we could do after 3 years of Obama/Pelosi/Reid… WTF is wrong with us.

      1. Well, we can agree to disagree about Ron Paul. I’m like you though, I’ll vote for the nominee. I’ll have to really clamp my nose shut if it’s Mitt Romney, but I’ll do it.

        1. What’s happening now LD is the same thing that happened in 08. The media/libs/dems/progs are attempting to divide and conquer. In 08 it worked because many of us tired of GWB and McCain was dem lite in the truest sense of the word. Now however; The tide has changed. We tire of THEIR HERO Obama and ANYONE looks like a better deal. They are trying to get folks to hate the “R” in the lead and come to a “I won’t vote for him” moment. Most of us realize Obama’s next term will effectively end America as we know it.
