Zimmerman to be Charged
One day after his lawyers said they aren’t in touch with him anymore. The Special prosecutor is reportedly going ahead with charges against George Zimmerman.
George Zimmerman to be Charged in Trayvon Martin Shooting
Florida special prosecutor Angela Corey plans to announce as early as Wednesday afternoon that she is charging neighborhood watch volunteer George Zimmerman in the shooting of Trayvon Martin, according to a law enforcement official close to the investigation.
It was not immediately clear what charge Zimmerman will face.
I am absolutely okay with this here’s why: To file charges means ALL FACTS will be released. Not just the race baiting media hype that has been proven false. It means everything comes out and if there’s bullshit there will be no denying it. There will be a motion to move the trial to somewhere else because the media attention will make an impartial jury impossible.
Here’s some more good things about charging Zimmerman. The entire issue is now on the special prosecutors shoulders. The Grand Jury didn’t get a chance to rule on the case. The entire thing is now a media spectacle. So IF the prosecutor can’t prove Zimmerman’s charges. The state of Florida will have to pay ALL legal fees, All wages lost, and any compensation that Mr Zimmerman can prove he’s due. On top of all that, if he’s found innocent the riots in Florida will be fun to watch.
This entire case is what happens in a PC society whose moral compass is pointed south. You can’t bring justice to any involved with tainted evidence, threats of FEDERAL involvement, Media lies and manipulation and above all rely on public outcry of a few to move the scales of justice to suit them.
IF Zimmerman has ran away from this he will be seen as guilty. For his sake I hope he walks into the PD station and turns himself in. Or better yet. Do it when the Prosecutor is announcing it. That would be the best way to do it.
The question then becomes” What will the charge be? I would guess that he will be charged with Murder 2. And I’m betting the special prosecutor will add some charge like discharging a firearm within city limits or something that he can’t be found innocent for to protect the city from a big law suit.
I’d also be willing to bet and remember you heard it hear first. George Zimmerman will be found innocent of the biggest charge he faces.

I’m inclined to believe you are right about an acquittal . It depends on the jury of his peers..if they are all black,George has a problem. A change of venue may also be important. Lithuania is nice this time of year. The riots that will occur after a NG verdict is exactly what That Person in the wh wants.
If Zimmerman is found not guilty just think L.A. after the Rodney King verdict…

Have you noticed the lack of info regarding the shooting death of a mentally handicapped hispanic who was walking his dog on a leash when he had WORDS with a BLACK motorist who almost hit him with his car as he was exiting a Taco Bell. Tne shooter left the scene but later call 911 to report the incident and claims the shootee attacked him with a club but no club or similar instrument was found. No arrest has been made,YET. Since the shootee is One OF Them he probably has several felony arrests/convictions and therefore can’t own a gun.
Yep Riots are assured. The question is how bad will it get? Sanford is in the south. Southerners are not Californian’s I’m thinking the first “looting” incident there’ll be dead folks littering the roads.
