TRUTH about Hispanics and Democrats

TRUTH about Hispanics and Democrats

When Democrats derailed a GOP Latino nominee

While this is a fairly old article, I don’t want it to be forgotten.  We need a person in the HIGHEST Court in the land that is not biased by color, or liberal agenda. Nor do we need one that is too far right, we need balance and what we as a nation are subject to since we have elected a liberal POS Racist to PRESIDENT, is RACE being the deciding factor in any issue.

An excerpt from the article:

In November, 2001, representatives of those groups met with Democratic Senate staff.  One of those staffers then wrote a memo to Democratic Sen. Richard Durbin, informing Durbin that the groups wanted to stall Bush nominees, particularly three they had identified as good targets.  “They also identified Miguel Estrada as especially dangerous,” the staffer added, “because he has a minimal paper trail, he is Latino, and the White House seems to be grooming him for a Supreme Court appointment.  They want to hold Estrada off as long as possible.”

It was precisely the fact that Estrada was Hispanic that made Democrats and their activist allies want to kill his nomination.  They were determined to deny a Republican White House credit, political and otherwise, for putting a first-rate Hispanic nominee on the bench.

Durbin and his colleagues did as they were instructed.  But they had nothing with which to kill the nomination — no outrageous statement by Estrada, no ethical lapse, no nothing.  What to do?

Yep libtards blocked a HISPANIC from advancement purely on RACE… So who really is the party of RACIAL EQUALITY? The facts are overwhelming aren’t they liberal pukes? And the truth hammer swings wildly, although the media and liberal racists keep ducking it will eventually hit them square in the jaw!

Barack Hussein Obama MIGHT win.

Barack Hussein Obama MIGHT win.

On November 4th 2008, Barack Hussein Obama MIGHT be named the president elect of the United States of America. The world will not end… Trust me.

What will end is this:
HOPE:
Hope that abortion as a birth control method will end. Barack Hussein Obama openly supports abortion and the extreme version of abortion surviving babies not granted medical care. HE supports the “Leave them in a closet to die” bill of Ill.

Rights:
Our right to keep and bear arms will be changed by the future SCOTUS appointments, I don’t believe John McCain is worse on this issue than Barack Hussein Obama. I honestly believe a Sarah Palin in the cabinet does nothing but strengthen our stance on this issue as conservative Americans. BUT, in an Obama cabinet, our RIGHTS as gun owners will be CHANGED. The reason I am confident is saying that is: Obama, Biden, Pelosi, and Reid are far more against the gun owner than McCain, Palin, Pelosi, and Reid. At lest with the latter we have a voice. ONE voice granted but a voice just the same.

Prosperity:
Barack Hussein Obama has stated he will increase the taxes on those making 250k a year. No one is really thinking about this part.. Most folks DO not make 250k a year so for them it’s no big deal. Students, the working class, Military, and a host of others don’t make that kind of money.. Who does?
Well Doctors do, what does that do to private practice Doctors? Well it increases their care costs, so who pays that tax? WE do, the patients, our co-pay goes up and the insurance goes up….So what does that tax really do? Cost US more.
But Barack Hussein Obama says FREE health care for all?? Exactly how does that work if there is less revenue going into the governments coffers. Look at California for an example of when the coffers run dry.

Businessmen: Some make 250k a year, those that own small businesses, they make a lot of money if they offer a good service, lets look at the car repair guy that owns a garage, he’s had a good business he works hard he earns 270k a year and he has 4 employees… His tax goes up, so what happens to his prices? They go up…who pays? We do.

How about Plumbers, Carpenter’s, Independent Truckers, What happens to them? they have to cut back, or jack up prices or CLOSE shop. It Forces only the large corporations to be able to weather the storm of tax increases.
Large Corporations: CEO’s some higher management, I am all for them paying more taxes and me paying less… BUT what really happens? The truth is, they will cut cost to keep their bottom line. That means increasing co-pay’s for health care, decreasing staffing, increasing product pricing, so who pays for the increase in taxes? We do.

Basically: The tax proposals of Barack Hussein Obama are “GREAT” during lip service to the masses, but the truth of the matter is WE are going to experience a LARGE tax increase under Obama. We being the folks making LESS than 250k..

I really DON’T think the world will end if Barack Hussein Obama gets elected but what will happen is CHANGE, and the CHANGE we will get is not necessarily the CHANGE we will want. The CHANGE Obama is bringing has been tried before, it was Jimmy Carter and we got Reagan from that debacle. So there is a bright side.

IF Obama wins, ON Nov 5th. The drive to find a CONSERVATIVE President starts.
IF McCain wins, the drive to find a conservative president can wait a week.

I will still vote for John McCain, based on the alternative.
I know a few folks that I truly respect will be voting for someone else, or staying home or writing in, oh well your call, but I can’t do that in good conscience. I can’t think of a worse leadership crew than Barack Hussein Obama, Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid in a term that 3 SCOTUS appointments will come up…

One bit of advice:
Do not tell me I am “Not a conservative” because I am voting for McCain… That dog don’t hunt here.

HERE are my votes for the Nov 4 2008 General California Election:
Mccain/Palin  (Obviously)
Anyone other than Ken Calvert for Rep.
NO on 1
No on 2
Yes on 3
Yes on 4
No on 5
YES on 6 (Police and L.E. funding)
NO on 7
YES ON 8 (a yes vote protects Marriage, a no vote supports same sex marriage)
YES on 9 (Victims rights)
Split on 10 but leaning YES
YES on 11
Yes on 12
Those of you in California please let me know if you agree with the propositions, and if not tell me why, I might be swayed (other than Prop 8, 6 and 9)

McCain and Palin’s court is what we need.

McCain and Palin’s court is what we need.

The liberal nutbags are all in a twitter, they are worried about Sarah Palin’s impact on the McCain’s ticket. I stumbled across this at the Huffington (Too stupid for words) Post:

McCain’s Court: Change We Don’t Need

There has been much debate about whether Sen. John McCain is a candidate of change. But in one area, McCain is unquestionably a reformer. He would almost certainly make fundamental changes in the direction of the U.S. Supreme Court.

McCain has said that, should he be president, Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Samuel Alito “would serve as the model for my own nominees.” He regularly attacks what he calls “activist judging,” and he described a recent ruling vindicating the right to habeas corpus as “one of the worst decisions in the history of this country.” McCain has repeatedly said that Roe v. Wade was wrongly decided and should be overruled.

If McCain is elected, change would clearly be coming to the U.S. Supreme Court. And in constitutional law, the Republican presidential nominee is anything but conservative. Once skeptical of the idea that the court should overrule Roe v. Wade, he now invokes the clichés and code words of the extreme right. His votes have matched his words, for he has been a proud and enthusiastic supporter of President George W. Bush’s most extreme appointees to the courts of appeals.

Recently McCain complained of “the common and systematic abuse of our federal courts by the people we entrust with judicial power. For decades now, some federal judges have taken it upon themselves to pronounce and rule on matters that were never intended to be heard in courts or decided by judges.”

In his view, the “system of checks and balances rarely disappoints,” but “there is one great exception in our day”: the Supreme Court. McCain aims to eliminate that exception. It is more than mere speculation to suggest that with judicial appointments, McCain may well follow the extreme right-wing of his party.

The court is already dominated by Republican appointees, and in the last 20 years, it has shifted dramatically to the right. The next president is expected to be able to appoint at least one — and possibly as many as three — new members. Even a single appointment would likely shift constitutional law in major ways.

The right to choose remains sharply contested within the Supreme Court — and the Republican Party and the pro-life movement have long sought to eliminate that right. The McCain-Palin ticket plans first to “return the abortion question to the individual states” and then “to end abortion at the state level.”

This is the real deal guys, the most idiotic liberal trash like Hufpo readers even see it. They know why this election is so important, it is truly a matter of life and death.

I want the next SCOTUS judges to be more to the RIGHT than the ones departing. The robe wearing elitists that will be leaving have RUINED our nation, they have been responsible for GENOCIDE, they have been responsible for the moral compass of our nation dropping below the gutter level.

IF the HUFPO Readers see the real issue why is it so hard for US on the right side of the aisle to see it? Vote McCain/Palin if for no other reason than to see if Ruth Bader Ginsberg can hang on another 4 years so her seat is filled by someone as liberal as she is.

We need a hard RIGHT turn from the SCOTUS, this court has left the reservation on several issues and it has made the “Thug life” easier, Enemies of America stronger, and killing the innocent seem normal.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THAT PICTURE?

There is no guarantee that McCain will pick a solid Conservative judge, but he sure as hell won’t pick a Ruth Bader Ginsberg type libtard.
