Wisconsin Senate GOP Votes to Strip State Workers of Collective Bargaining Rights
Bypassing Democrats hiding out in Illinois, Wisconsin Senate Republicans voted Wednesday night to strip state workers of their collective bargaining rights. Republicans voted 18-1 to pass the stripped-down budget bill in a hastily arranged meeting. None of the Senate Democrats were present.

The State Assembly is expected to vote on the bill Thursday.All 14 Senate Democrats fled to Illinois nearly three weeks ago, preventing the chamber from having enough members present to consider Gov. Scott Walker’s so-called “budget repair bill” — a proposal introduced to plug a $137 million budget shortfall.. The Senate requires a quorum to take up any measures that spend money. But Republicans on Wednesday split from the legislation the proposal to curtail union rights, and a special conference committee of state lawmakers approved that bill a short time later.

Look at the reaction from the union goons, the democrat party and their support staff. Tell me something will ya? When “OBAMACARE” was rammed down our throats by a “MAJORITY” elected Democrat Congress did Republicans leave? What was it we heard… Oh yeah, “Elections have consequences” And we dealt with it. We removed damn near every RINO we possibly could in the following election. I don’t like the way this entire issue was handled just like I didn’t like the Obamacare procedure….BUT WE DEALT WITH IT! Without trashing property, without violence, without media help…..

Now that is just the recent vitriol from the LEFT. There are NO Constitutionalists, Conservatives, or TEA PARTY members at any of those pro-union hate fests…

Funny isn’t it? I mean just a couple of weeks ago the left was all in a tizzy about the “Violent tea party rhetoric” I am looking to find some tea party events that even come close to the hate filled, racist, sexist, homophobic vitriol being shown in Madison and elsewhere… But that’s okay with me. I’m absolutely fine with moving the scale that direction. Just don’t try to act like the victim when you are 10 times worse than those you accuse. That makes you look like a wimp…

As far as I’m concerned lets up the ante, lets get in the streets and lets go head to head. I’m tired of all this talking. I’m sick of all of this “Victim” crap. I’m sick of the lack of a standard. If there are no rules then I’m good with it. But if there are rules there should only be one set of them. Not one set for the left and another for the right. I’m keeping track of all of the liberal/progressive “Peace” so should EVERYONE else.

2012 is going to be interesting. Once “Duh Won” is removed from office and we get some ADULTS in charge, the children of the unions are going to go apeshit. The little babies of our nation are going into meltdown and they will have the media scum to back them… Just imagine if Palin got elected to POTUS and did half of the shit Obama has done to advance our agenda.. (Substitute Palin for whoever you want, it’s the point that matters)

Now can you imagine the vitriol? can you imagine the outrage in the liberpuke media? they would be screaming about the constitution, about democracy and about fairness.. But Obama does it and crickets chirp… ALL DEMOCRATS HAVE LOST CREDIBILITY and since the alphabet networks carry his water, they have lost it too…

As soon as he arrived at the White House, Mr. Obama huddled with his national security aides. The administration appeared as taken aback by Mr. Mubarak’s speech as the crowds in Tahrir Square. The director of the Central Intelligence Agency, Leon E. Panetta, testified before the House of Representatives on Thursday morning that there was a “strong likelihood” that Mr. Mubarak would step down by the end of the day.

American officials said Mr. Panetta was basing his statement not on secret intelligence but on media broadcasts, which began circulating before he sat down before the House Intelligence Committee. But a senior administration official said Mr. Obama had also expected that Egypt was on the cusp of dramatic change. Speaking at Northern Michigan University in Marquette, he said, “We are witnessing history unfold,” adding, “America will do everything we can to support an orderly and genuine transition to democracy.”

Our intelligence folks are learning of world events on CNN, the Administration has been known to quote CNN, ABC,NBC and CBS reporting….

IF GWB was still POTUS and his security team used Fox news as their “Window” to the worlds issues, would this be as hush hush?

I’m seriously disgusted with the way the MSM has acted since “Duh WON” got elected. They are carrying his water, they are pissing on America. They talk about revolution in Egypt like it’s great without looking at the potential for disaster. The MSM is complicit in everything Obama and his cronies have done, and they have done so much damage to their credibility that NOBODY trusts them. They have cause us to lose trust in our elected officials by hiding their shortcomings, and they will not recover that lost trust.

Do you think having our elected officials getting their world affair news from a BIASED reporting source is a good thing? Time will tell and guess what? The Alphabet Networks will not share in any of the blame WHEN this all goes south. May I suggest that if you find your TV channel on one of those networks, you change it immediately.

25 arrested at California conservative meeting

LA QUINTA, Calif. – Authorities in California say 25 protesters have been arrested for trespassing outside a strategy session of conservative political donors at a Palm Springs-area resort.

Riverside County Deputy Melissa Nieburger (NEE’-bur-gur) said Sunday that the protesters were being booked at Indio Jail and released.

Hundreds of people participated in the mostly peaceful demonstration that had been arranged with authorities, but some protesters crossed the street to the Rancho Las Palmas Resort.

I love the “MOSTLY PEACEFUL” part in the story. IF it were ol ladies in wheel chairs and ol men walking with canes, and it was a “Tea Party”event AND there were no arrests; it would be titled “Extremely radical Sarah Palin-Glenn Beck rally may turn violent”

Can’t wait too much longer for the waking up of America, our media has effectively become the very thing our founders feared. They are an arm of Government now… Is it too late to fix it?

Just perusing the web today and found so much hypocrisy from the liberal media my mind went blank. I damn near began chanting “Obama is dear leader, he is perfect” like the rest of our elite media…

A few examples:

Here in California, Jerry Brown has taken over as Governor. He’s came into the office and started making plans to cut cut and cut spending to solve our deficit problem. Looking at the cuts he’s planning, they are eerily similar to those Arnie tried to cut about 4 yrs ago. The difference? Well for one, the media isn’t bashing every cut, the protests on the street haven’t materialized, and the local news isn’t interviewing every poor unwed mother of 8 who works two jobs and will lose her bus pass….Hypocrisy? You betcha.

Nationwide, GAS prices are going up, oil price is closing in on 100 bucks a barrel. When oil reached 100 dollar a barrel under the Bush Admin. The liberal media screamed foul, they cried about the gas prices, they blamed Haliburton, the war in Iraq, they blamed the republican oil mongers….NOW, gas headed to 5.00 a gallon and SILENCE… Oh and the war in Iraq was over oil right? if so why are the prices going up? Hypocrisy? Um yep.

A republican congressman mentions that Obama’s birth record is in question, the media howls and demands retractions, a democrat calls republicans Nazi’s and there is silence from the media.. Hypocrisy? Check.

A gunman opens fire on a congresswoman and others in a meeting killing 6, the media assigns blame immediately to the Right Side of the aisle. A gunman opens fire on a military base killing 12, the left assigns no blame other than to not jump to conclusions…. Hypocrisy? check…

Man this is fun, and there are SOOOOooo many more examples. if it were a movie, it would be titled fiction. Since it’s true I can only hope more people see this for what it is. A lack of integrity, a loss of trust and the complete removal of the media as America’s watchdog as it was intended.

People wonder: Why is it when Obama speaks people automatically discount him? Because he, along with MOST other politicians have lost our trust. The media has lost our trust and the consequences of the loss are questions. The questions are much tougher because we are starting with a “Disbelieving” foundation.

It’s no longer OUR responsibility to prove they are lying, it’s up to them to prove they are telling the truth. That is a sad state of affairs.

No sure if she speaks for all tea parties but I’m a fan of hers. She’s well spoken and speaks with facts behind her. She was clearly the teacher in a room with short bus riding window lickers.

Now that the 111th Congress has come and gone… After creating more laws than any congress since the 30’s, we will see if the fruits of our labor are rewarded or scorned. the 112th comes in soon and so far I’m not happy with the R’s that are staying on. Some did fine, but a lot of them should be gone ASAP!

New GOP Staffers Instructed on How to Cite Constitutional Justification

Someone sent me the text of an info packet being given to GOP staffers in a series of training sessions on how they are to comply with a requirement to cite exactly where in the Constitution is the justification for the legislation they and their member are writing during the upcoming 112th Congress.

We’ve heard that Boehner might institute this rule to force all legislators to justify their new laws by citing the clause that gives them the power to write the law. Let’s hope that this idea doesn’t die still born and that it becomes a new and long-lasting part of how our lawmakers write legislation.

Take a look at these guidelines. I like the idea…

The Pledge to America released by House Republicans in September of this year included a commitment to “require every bill to cite its specific Constitutional Authority.” To implement this proposal, the Transition Team and the Elected Republican Leadership are recommending a change to standing Rules of the House to require that each bill or joint resolution introduced in the House be accompanied by a statement citing the specific powers granted to Congress in the Constitution to enact the proposed law.

As this requirement will apply to all bills and joint resolutions introduced in the 112th Congress — including those introduced on the first day — we are writing to provide early guidance for complying with this rule so as to minimize any disruption caused by its implementation. Our staff will also hold bipartisan briefings for your staff to assist in compliance with this new requirement.

TEXT OF THE PROPOSED RULES CHANGE:

The new rule will be a new paragraph of clause 7 of rule XII:

“(c) A bill or joint resolution may not be introduced unless the sponsor has submitted for printing in the Congressional Record a statement citing as specifically as practicable the power or powers granted to Congress in the Constitution to enact the bill or joint resolution. The statement shall appear in a portion of the Record designated for that purpose and be made publicly available in electronic form by the Clerk.”

COMPLIANCE WITH THE PROPOSED RULE:

When a Member presents a bill or joint resolution for introduction and referral (when it is dropped in the “hopper”), the bill must be accompanied by a separate sheet of paper citing the constitutional authority to enact the proposed bill or joint resolution. If you read this weekend’s New York Times’ hit job on would-be Speaker John Boehner and his “lobbyist friends,” you might think, as the reporter clearly thinks, that John Boehner is cozier with lobbyists than most powerful politicians are.

But did you know:

* Nancy Pelosi has raised almost twice as much money from lobbyists this election as Boehner has?
* At least 18 House Democrats have raised more lobbyist cash this election than Boehner has.
* Chuck Schumer and Harry Reid have pocketed more lobbyist cash in the past 18 months than Boehner has raised in the past 6 elections, combined?

While many lawmakers in each party have networks of donors, lobbyists and former aides who now represent corporate interests, Mr. Boehner’s ties seem especially deep.

The “Democrat talking point” of the day is Boehner is too tight with lobbyists, Boehner is only looking out for special interests…Yada yada…Sigh, Yawn.

Here’s the fact: Pelosi and Reid have got more money from special interest groups than any other pair in congress EVER, the only difference is the media gives them a pass.

I want people to look at Pelosi’s congress, look at the ethics violations, the back room deals the bribery and outright LIES told to the American people over the last 4 years. 4 Years mind you, not 2.


Personally I’d rather have another speaker of the house besides John Boehner. I’d rather see Allen West take that gavel. But it is what it is. Boehner would be heads and tails better than the current hag in the house.

As I stated when this story came out. HERE This story had a fish sized stink on it. The timing of this story was suspicious. Liberal bloggers were massed in Vegas deciding their next “Nation Destructing” plans for this year. When this story came out, it came out on the day the Nutroots in Vegas were doing mock paper checks for “Illegal Europeans”….Here we go.

The liberpuke arm of the state run media put this up today:

Right-wing blogs push rumor that Mexican gangs “invade[d]” U.S.

Right-wing blogs have been promoting a rumor that “highly trained killers” from a Mexican drug gang have “invade[d]” the United States, taking over two ranches near the Mexico-U.S. border in Laredo, Texas, but law enforcement agencies in the area have flatly denied the rumor.

The Laredo Morning Times reported that law enforcement officials had been “bombarded” with calls about the rumor but that “officials with the Laredo Police Department, Webb County Sheriff’s Department and Border Patrol said they knew nothing about such an incident, while Erik Vasys, an FBI spokesman in San Antonio, said the agency does not comment on rumors.”

Some conservative blogs have acknowledged that the story appears to be bogus, but others are standing by it.

The Jawa Report in a July 24 post stated that the rumor “should be the headline story put out by the American media. The idea that drug cartel raiding parties are attacking and seizing territory inside the United States is major.” The blog went on to state, “It’s unforgivable that this story isn’t being reported by the elite media.”

The Examiner DC blog also ran with the rumor, writing, “In what could be deemed an act of war against the sovereign borders of the United States, Mexican drug cartels have seized control of at least two American ranches inside the U.S. territory near Laredo, Texas.”

Andrew Breitbart’s Big Peace website links to the Examiner post, adding that the “story is now 100% confirmed by second source within the Laredo Police Department.” That claim is contradicted by Breitbart’s Big Government website, where Bob Owens wrote, “No, Texas hasn’t Been Invaded.” Owens reported that he confirmed that the story was false with two Texas law enforcement officials, adding, “Don’t believe the hype.”

Michelle Malkin originally reported that “rumors are swirling of a Zetas-led invasion into Texas ranches.” Malkin later updated her post to note that the Laredo Police Department denied the rumors, and she linked to Owens’ entry debunking the rumor, which was cross-posted at his Confederate Yankee blog.

Weasel Zippers has been perhaps the least up-front about the debunking of the rumor. The right-wing site originally wrote that the “Mexican Drug Gang Los Zetas Have Acquired Ranch Inside America, Being Used as Training Camp for Operations on U.S. Soil.” Weasel Zippers went on to state, “Obama regime is more concerned with suing Arizona than stopping the Mexican narco-insurgency from further spreading onto American soil.” However, rather than correct its post, Weasel Zippers simply removed it without any notation that it had done so.

So what have we learned children? Stick with me folks, I know what I’m talking about! These liberpukes are rats in the sewer and I’m an exterminator!

Do yourself a favor though, don’t read the liberpuke comments in the story. The morons are seriously deranged and only should be engaged by a professional.
