Experience COUNTS!

Experience COUNTS!

The Presidential election was too close to call. Neither the Republican candidate nor the Democratic candidate had enough votes to win. There was much talk about ballot recounting, court challenges, etc., but a week-long ice fishing competition seemed the sportsman like way to settle things. The candidate that caught the most fish at the end of the week would win the election.

Therefore, it was decided that there should be an ice fishing contest between the two candidates to determine the winner.
After much back and forth discussion, it was decided that the contest take place on a remote frozen lake in northern Minnesota.

There were to be no observers present, and both men were to be sent out separately on this isolated lake and return at 5 P.M. with their catch for counting and verification by a team of neutral parties. At the end of the first day, John Mc. returned to the starting line and he had ten fish.

Soon, Obama returned and had no fish. Well, everyone assumed he was just having another ‘bad hair’ day or something and hopefully, he would catch up the next day.

At the end of the 2nd day John Mc. came in with 20 fish and Obama came in again with none. That evening, Harry Reid got together secretly with Obama and said, ‘Obama, I think John Mc. is a low-life, cheatin’ son-of-a-gun. I want you to go out tomorrow and don’t even bother with fishing. Just spy on him and see just how he is cheating.’

The next night. after John Mc. returns with 50 fish, Harry Reid said to Obama, ‘Well, tell me, how is John Mc. cheating?’

Obama replied, ‘Harry, you’re not going to believe this, but he’s cutting holes in the ice’.

Experience DOES Count!

Why did McCain Choose Palin?

Why did McCain Choose Palin?

That is the question of the day on the lefty sites, the liberal nutbags are all in a tizzy, they are trying to hold on to the Hillary supporters, and questioning the “Pandering” of McCain…. :rotflmao:

We on the right are used to the “pandering” it should be common place to the libtards, BUT they feel everything their “Messiah” says is the truth not pandering…again :rotflmao:

The Libtard comments range from accepting Palin as a GREAT choice and a worthy problem to deal with, to absolute hate and disgust for her and her family.

A quick fact check tells me Sara Palin has an 80% approval rating in her home state, she has more experience running government than the opposing PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE.

80% approval rating? Well I think we know where the 20% will be found, they  are being herded into camps so the media can put them on point. I really hope the American people are smart enough to see through the crap. But again I have lost faith in our nation since electing Demorats to the majority in the house and senate.

One reason I think McCain picked Sara Palin is he needed a rest. You haven’t heard much from him in the last couple of days, it’s all been about Sara, that is absolutely fine. Sara Palin can handle it I am sure.

You want to believe Palin is NOT who she says she is? Ok prove that, You want to say she is WORSE for America because of her lack of experience? uh check your ticket..You want to say she is under investigation for something and that makes her unfit? Investigations mean NOTHING without evidence of wrong doing. The liberal mantra is not good for those not liberal? I mean, innocent till proven guilty right?  I guess that is another typical liberal trait, only for communist/liberals does the court system work. The truth about the trooper will come out, and when it does it will be dealt with.. Probably a lot better than the Rev Wright “I never beleived what he said” for 20 years….LMAO.

You can tell the type of folks that wont like Sara Palin, let me help you point them out:

They will Men wearing pink boas and high heels, They will be women wearing Code Pink shirts, they will be the same type of “Anarchists” that are causing trouble at the RNC, they will be the PRO-Choice crowd even though Palin’s belief’s didn’t influence her policies. They will be the EVOLUTIONISM crowd, they will be the ANTI-Gun crowd, the save everything EXCEPT unborn babies and people. They will be the anti-war crowd (Like anyone is really pro war)

Those are the ones supporting Obama/Biden who else is supporting that ticket? Iran, Russia, Cuba, Venezuela, Bin laden, the Taliban, Palestinians, Rev Wright… should I go on??? I mean shit what is to understand here? If you are judged by the company you keep I will choose Palin and McCain over Obama/Biden any day…

The libtards are treading water, and since Jindal is a Republican and he acted PERFECTLY during the Gustav threat, they don’t have that to talk about…

Stay Tough Sara Palin, this will pass and you will be sitting in your VP office thinking about how you got there, and laughing at the idiots that tried to keep you away.

Sarah Palin is more ready than Obama.

Sarah Palin is more ready than Obama.

Sarah Palin isnt ready.

The libtards are showing their ignorance, the liberal morons at Move-on, the asshats of Soros, and all the moonbats of the Obamamessiah are equating the teacher with student. The teacher is the PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE, the Student is the VP. Well unless you are the Democrats, then it’s totally backwards… sheesh It’s hard to keep up with the rule changes in this election.

The VP is a future President that should take the time as VP to be mentored and groomed for the job by the president elect. The President should be the most seasoned of the two candidates because on DAY 1, he or she will have to make decisions that affect THE WORLD.

Obama is at the top of the ticket, his VP is the same “old guard” Obama rails against in the media. So I guess if Hussein Obama is elected he will leave all the decisions to Biden? not likely, Joe Biden is as much a token white guy pick as Palin is the token woman pick. So if you can’t take that Demorats then STFU.

Sarah Palin has WAY more experience than Hussein Obama has in Government. Does the HUSSEIN OBAMA camp really want to play the “Not ready” card? They were playing the “RACE” card so well earlier, I think that’s the one they should stick with..

Sarah Palin is MORE capable of dealing with problems than ANY of the Demonrats, Palin did something that YOU NEVER hear the Demorats do without being pressured to do it. SHE took on the corrupt members of her own party, she got an OLD guard RINO indicted and removed…

Palin is a fighter and I can’t wait to see Biden tap dance on stage in the VP debates. Palin is tough, Palin has more balls (figuratively speaking) than any man on the Demorat ticket. I for one will sleep much better at night knowing that if McCain was not able to function as President, Palin would be in charge of the most powerful nation the world has ever seen. If Obama is elected I will be less optmistic of our survival as a nation than at any point in my life. EVEN THROUGH CARTER.

Just a few problems on the horizon:

The Economy,

Obama pipe dream or McCain’s long term fix (I do agree more with his “Jobs for America” (jobsforamerica) aproach more than Obama’s divide everything up evenly and support everyone while singing “its a small world” other wise known as “obamablueprintforchange“)

McCain and Palin want Iraq to be self sufficient, Palin wants us to leave Iraq in a way that does not create more problems later, that is called forward thinking, that is called an eye on the future. They both want ground conditions and Generals to dictate when we leave. They both want to make every effort to fix the mess WE created.

Obama and Biden want to cut and run NOW, well they did until the SURGE and now they want to withdraw in 16 months. They both want to appease their moron base and run away from our responsibilities in Iraq, lets not forget BIDEN helped BUSH in his Iraq quest,  BIDEN, Clinton, Pelosi, BOXER and a host of other DEMOCRATS gave the President full authority to go into Iraq… Running away from your responsibilities is a typical democrat trait but it makes for poor leadership qualities.

The Russian Resurgence, Georgia:
Obama is ready to talk, so Obama will break bread with Medvedev and Imadinnerjacket and Kim Ill all cozy like..

McCain will talk too, but when he talks they will know they are talking to a man that will not hesitate to go all out for what he thinks is right. While talking to Obama they will be confident they can convince OBAMA what is right.

Abortion, Gun Rights, Crime and Punishment, are all issues that the Obama/Biden ticket fails to impress, and quite frankly McCain left doubts too. But when he picked Sarah Palin it showed a lot about who McCain is, while I still don’t like the “Amnesty” or the “Feingold” or the “Gun Grabbing” I will hope as the Demorat’s HOPE, the VP will have some influence with President.

I will HOPE, I will Pray, and I will do everything in my meager power to make sure that McCain/Palin is the clear winner in November.

Personally I think we have the ticket backwards, Palin should be running for President, then we could have the “Who’s ready” discussion, but as it sits now, McCain is ready Obama isn’t, Biden is ready Obama isn’t, BUT Biden is not running for the President.

I do know that there is some shadyness with Biden, and if Obama gets elected, I would suggest Obama get extra security cause Biden REALLY wants to be President.

Facts, Don’t forget the Facts.

Facts, Don’t forget the Facts.

I was up kind of late, looking around to see exactly how screwed we really are. And I found some interesting information. These are facts, they are screen captures from “Vote Smart

First lets start with Barrack Hussein Obama:

Obama's rating according to Gun Rights Advocates.
Obama's scorecard on Guns.

And his running mate?

Biden's scorecard on guns
Biden's scorecard on Guns

Not to be out done the Republican Candidates rating:

John McCain scorecard on Guns.
John McCain scorecard on Guns.

The first thing that stood out was the F- on McCain’s rating in 2007 as opposed to 2 F’s, then I looked at the 2003 rating and noticed McCain had a C… So I came up with a formula that will help the undecided make up their minds:
First factor in the number of “F’s” per candidate, Then factor in the Party the candidate represents, divide by four, multiply by the number of times you hear “CHANGE” From the Liberals and Experience from the Republicans…
You should come to the conclusion that an armed revolt is the only hope for our nation to exist past 2012….We are so screwed, arm up quick.

The other thing that struck me was, as of now BOTH candidates on the Democrat ticket are gun grabbers, Only one on the Republicans side is… so if McCain picks someone STRONG on the Right to bear Arms issue, he might pull some votes from that side…

If you want to know some of the “Records of the Candidates” according to interest groups visit Project Vote Smart

Does anyone else get the feeling that McCain would have picked Biden if Obama didn’t? I think McCain should just go ahead and pick Hillary, that would just about seal the deal.

Game time: Barrak Hussein Obama and Joe Biden.

Game time: Barrak Hussein Obama and Joe Biden.

Obama picks Biden for veep

WASHINGTON – Barack Obama selected Sen. Joe Biden of Delaware late Friday night to be his vice presidential running mate, according to a Democratic official, balancing his ticket with a seasoned congressional veteran well-versed in foreign policy and defense issues.

Biden, 65, has twice sought the White House, and is a Catholic with blue-collar roots, a generally liberal voting record and a reputation as a long-winded orator.

Across more than 30 years in the Senate, he has served at various times not only as chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee but also as head of the Judiciary Committee, with its jurisdiction over anti-crime legislation, Supreme Court nominees and Constitutional issues.

So Mr. Hussein Obama picks a 65 yr old CAREER Politician that has been involved in Government for most of his life as his running mate. But wait.. hasn’t Obama been wanting “Change” doesn’t he say McCain is has been in Government too long and is the problem? I am soooo confused now…

IMO Biden is a better pick than some he could have made, but I think Biden’s liberal voting record and his views on several KEY issues will (or at least should) sink the Obama run. The problem will be those “White, religious, gun toting and bitter” voters that will see this as a “Olive branch” I see it as pandering and I see it as an effort to placate the voters that can’t vote for an inexperienced liberal.

I also think Biden’s “Foreign Policy Experience” will undoubtedly be used by the media as a plus. I don’t know enough about his “experience” but I will be looking. There will be a much closer look at Biden now by bloggers, and media. we will see if he can pass that test.

NOW on the other hand we have John McCain that is supposedly choosing Mitt Romney for Veep:

Romney veep speculation swirls

Mark Halperin set off tremors in the political world last night by reporting via two Republicans that John McCain had settled on Mitt Romney to be his running mate.

Top sources in McCainworld, though, say this morning that no final decision has been made.

There are mixed signals at this point as to whether Romney has emerged as the favorite.

That seems to be the “body language” from the small group of aides who McCain is consulting on the decision, a GOP source says.

And that interpretation was reinforced when word spread among Romney loyalists last night that the vice presidential rollout tour included Michigan.

So if McCain chooses Romney, he is choosing a business leader, a “Republican” and a man with experience running a state. not just sitting in a chair and voting yea or nay on legislation, not just bitching and whining about the current administration but actually running a STATE.

I think this is a winning ticket. I am not jumping for joy, but I can vote for McCain/Romney and have a glimmer of hope for the future.
