Is Feinstein’s Gun Ban Dead?

Is Feinstein’s Gun Ban Dead?

I allowed myself a moment of gratitude to the GOD of reason when I heard Harry Reid was going to kill Dianne Feinstein’s (D-IPSHITCUNT) bill.

Assault weapons ban now unlikely to pass. What happened?

Majority leader Reid says the assault weapons ban will not be included in the gun control legislation he’ll bring to the Senate floor, giving the other measures a better chance at passage.

But don’t think it’s over folks. Never forget that SCOTUS is now an even tie for the most part. Don’t think so? How’d Obamacare work out? Also you should remember the very same argument was made during the Obamacare debates. Yet that passed with a few added amendments… Or should we say GIVE AWAYS. Remember the cornhusker kickback etc.. What is our freedom worth to the seat fillers in congress?

You honestly believe that Dianne Feinstein won’t get anything? You really believe that the senate will do minimal damage to our freedom rather than long term crippling? Here’s my crystal ball readings for you all.

Harry Reid will bring fourth a gun control legislation very soon. It will happen about the same time as the economic news is very bad. It will serve to deflect attention from the economy. The Feinstein bill will be offered in amendments by a couple of different senators. The ASSAULT WEAPON BAN WILL BE IN IT and so will the Magazine size limit. The debate will feature “Leaked” pictures of Newtown and/or Aurora… The demonization of anyone opposed to the gun bill will continue and everyone will be focused on this while our economy crashes further….

Hope I’m wrong, but I haven’t been when it comes to these new demonrats.

  1. Awe, “Power” you mad? Hey, I got an idea.. Rather than pissin and moaning about how you are a disabled chick with a dick who likes small boys and don’t understand why nobody will hire you because of your nose ring and the tattoo on your forehead that says 25 cents.. How about go hang your worthless self from a tall tree and improve the IQ of your circle by triple digits.

  2. Getting most of my news and the like from Reno, I know a little bit about Harry Reid. The only thing good about him is he is a gun owner and does believe in the Second Amendment. I think what he said was an appeasement to the wackos on the left.

This does not mean I won’t be watching him closely. He is not to be trusted.

  3. Rob, you have someone using my name, logo and email address to post because of the open posting… I deleted the 2 on this post, not sure if there’s any more but there is only one ME registered…

Hey FUCKHEAD, you have been found out, how’s the weather in Beaumont?

    1. Yeah Fred, He’s got some spoofing skills. IP’s give it away. No worries, I’ve got some skills too bro you know that. Beumont? See, that’s not far at all.. I’ll narrow it down shortly and he’ll get a knock on his/her/its door. Folks have no idea the games they play online can turn real in a heartbeat. Some will find out shortly.

  4. The purpose of the Second Amendment is to arm people in order to prevent future tyranny. They need the tools to do this.

The term “Well Regulated” in the Second Amendment meant “Well Manned and Equipped ” in 1791 as was determined in the 1939 United States v. Miller case after referencing the autobiography of Benjamin Franklin. The concept of Government Regulation, as we understand it today, did not exist at the time.

United States v. Miller also determined that the term “Arms” refers to “Ordinary Military Weapons” (not crew operated). American Citizens have the right to Keep and Bear, which means Own and Carry, any weapons that a soldier carries into battle. That includes past, present and future weapons. A Militia consisted of armed volunteers willing to fight with their personal arms and not under government control.

The 2008 Heller v. Washington DC decision reaffirmed that the Right to Bear Arms was an Individual right. The 2010 McDonald v. Chicago decision reaffirmed it yet again and made it clear that it applies to every state, every city and every town in the United States.

To limit the Second Amendment to muskets would be the equivalent of limiting the First Amendment to writings in quill pens.

Liberty is worth the risk of death!
