Illegal Alien THIEVES free, 82 yr old Homeowner Charged…
Am I losing my mind here, or is this nation headed down the toilet faster than democrat approval ratings?

WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. – Admitted thieves are going free, while an elderly Wheat Ridge man is facing the possibility of spending the rest of his life behind bars, all, he says, for trying to defend his property and his life.
82-year-old Robert Wallace said in February that he looked out his window and saw two men hooking his flatbed trailer up to their pickup. He yelled at them to stop, but they sped away, stealing his trailer. He told police he fired two shots at the pickup.
Minutes later, police say 32-year-old Damacio Torres dropped 28-year-old Alvaro Cardona off at a hospital emergency room with a gunshot wound to the face.
Torres did not stay to talk with police, but they caught up with him later. According to court documents, he admitted he and Cardona stole the trailer.
Wallace did not want to talk on camera, but when we asked him if the two men threatened him he said, “They almost ran me over.”
The Jefferson County DA’s office said that neither Torres nor Cardona have been charged with anything at this point, even though Torres confessed to the crime. However, the homeowner, Wallace is facing twelve felony counts, including four counts of attempted first degree murder. If convicted, he could spend the rest of his life behind bars.
Sources say Torres and Cardona are believed to be in the country illegally and both have an arrest record.
First off both of these ILLEGAL’S had prior records IN THE USA. They should not have still been in the USA. IF they were not in the USA, they couldn’t have stolen the 82yr old mans trailer…ERGO, the 82 year old man should sue the state of Colorado for making him shoot the illegal in the face….see liberpuke thinking is easy…
Seriously though, how long will we as a nation put up with this shit? Right now our founders are creating horizontal tornadoes in their graves.

It’s downright disgusting that a man’s right to defend his life, home, and property has been infringed upon right in front of our eyes. Again, various flocks of idiots continue to vote for slimy crooks that erode our freedom.

Yes it is, 82 yr old man, worked for what he has and has no right to protect it? These thugs (who shouldn’t be here anyway) decide to take what is NOT theirs, they started the action that resulted in the wetback shot in the face…Had they not tried to steal the mans property they wouldn’t have got shot…PERIOD! Justifiable incident give the man a medal for standing.
This DA needs to rethink his plan of attack? at the very least… i mean the very least the illedged illeagal aliens who admitted to perpitrating a crime in this country should be held with out bond until this goes to court and is situated. why in the world the DA would not charge the two guys for stealing property which is not thiers is simply wrong. is there more information on the DA who filed the charges? Maybe his/her background would shed light on his reasoning? i noticed no mention of who or why these charges where filed against the 82 year old “whit male”… who is a citizen of this country and has apperently worked long and hard for his property.
