How damn difficult is it to see what our founders intended? The SCOTUS is right now deciding a very ridiculous case, and it just boggles the mind that it’s even in the courts hands at all.

The second amendment: “A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”

This is a perfect document, no problem defining it.. it is PERFECT. That’s a fucking period! (Excuse me, I live in California and our idiots in the state legislature have decided that “Not Cussing” week was more important than “Not having a job decade” so I may cuss a little in protest of those fucking morons.)




SCOTUS better get this right, and then they need to overturn every draconian gun ban ASAP!

  2. The Second Amendment doesn’t allow for any exceptions or it would have read:

    “A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. Unless congress or the SCOTUS chooses otherwise.”

    Duh!

    No cussing week huh? Well, I’m going to send my ‘mouth’ to visit there for second. Your bankrupt state needs the tourism, so, FUCK liberals.
