Recession, Depression, Inflation, Taxation and a FUBAR Nation.

Recession, Depression, Inflation, Taxation and a FUBAR Nation.

IF you have any money in the stock market, you should be thinking about removing it and investing it in a can for burial in the back yard. (IF you still have a yard)

I’ve been reading several investors articles, and some business journals. Now I want you all to know I don’t treat business like I do political differences. I believe money is green and it doesn’t matter your political opinions, every one needs and wants money. There are good things you can do with money and very few good things you can do without it.

That being said, on both sides of the political spectrum, investors are running. Investors do not see the “Light at the end of the tunnel” that they did when the Presidential powers switched hands. Business investors, company owners, large and small cap businesses and your average retirement investor are all in unison saying there is a large drop coming.

I’ve opined about this before, matter of fact in 2006, we had a great conversation over at Jenns and here about what would happen to the economy if the “Democrat Tsunami” came to pass. The Democrats took control of both houses and the economy tanked shortly there after.

It’s important to look at why, and it’s really important to understand a couple of things:

1. The rich are demonized now. They are the target of every democrat looking to save their seat or take one from another democrat. They are being led in their “Tax the Rich” cheer by the head Democrat Barack Obama. When you are the target of an attack what do you do? You can take it and say please don’t hurt me…OR you can fight back. Right now the rich are fighting back. And they are doing it RIGHT.

The rich, who by the way are the ones that provide jobs, are saying ok, you are going to tax me because I’m rich. I’ll get richer, to cover the taxes and maintain my lifestyle. I’ll do more with less, I’ll cut staff, I’ll cut costs and I’ll up prices to cover my current expenses. Business 101; Survival.

Businesses have a lot at stake, they have employees that have been with them for longer than Bush or Obama have been in office and they are trying to keep them. They will not take risks that may cost their employees and their own solvency.

2. Business are recording good profits. Many businesses are actually having record earnings. BUT they are not going to risk anymore because they will not be too big to fail. They will get taxed more, pay more for their employees insurance, spend more on the regulations, lawyers, and the ever looming disaster known as OBAMACARE is putting a big cloud over jobs. Jobs are needed to spur revenue for the states and federal system.

Unfortunately the current crop of leaders do not understand the concept of supply and demand, supply side economics nor do they understand the will of the people. The people are not all stupid. The rich got rich by being smarter than the rest of us. The rich can be your friend, they can be your best ally or in this case can be your worse enemy.

The Obama, Pelosi and Reid TRIAD of DOOM have made a blunder of epic proportions. They have placed their careers ahead of the nations well being. They have banked on the anger of the inner cities to garner votes by bashing the rich. The rich (Anyone making over 250k a year they say) are sick of being targets.

Imagine you being one of those that made 252k a year, running a small business and had 7 employees. You are demonized, you are taxed unfairly and every time you turn on the TV someone with a “D” in front of their name is demanding more from you. How do you hire anyone else? Most of the people in that predicament have shut their doors and either found work somewhere else, or decided to retire. So what happened to the 7 employees? Yep ladies and gentlemen they are now part of the 9.6 to 13.2% unemployed.

So where are we headed? According to many economists, investors, and stock market dabblers, we are headed for Recession, depression, inflation, and higher taxation.

GOD save our country.

Barack HUSSEIN Obama might be a RACIST?

Barack HUSSEIN Obama might be a RACIST?

Obama's gang

let’s play Count the white people…. Well damn, I am coming up ZERO. BUT I guess I am racist for pointing it out… The idiocy of the liberal mind is troubling.

IS Barack Hussien Obama racist? Oh hell yeah I firmly believe Obama is a racist son of a Bitch. Just look at his supporters, his spiritual advisers, his friends, and his life. HE is a racist, he is BLACK when it suits him, and he is WHITE when it’s a benefit.. SO is he a racist?

How about the volatility in the markets these days? I have been noticing a few things:
1. Every time a politician speaks the Dow goes down

2. When Obama talks about the economy and his plan to increase taxes on BUSINESS and 60% of people of the population. (The other 40% doesn’t pay taxes, they will get checks from thin air) the market FALLS rapidly.

3. When markets see job creation as a indicator to the economic welfare of the country, and hear about BUSINESS taxes being raised, the MARKET knows that it really means that there will be LESS jobs available because TAXES will cause a DECREASE in JOBS…. funny how that works huh?

4. When the polls see Obama in the lead by more and more the market goes down.

5. When the market falls it benefits Obama…WTF?

Point is folks and mark my words on this.. IF McCain somehow pulls out a victory in Nov. the DOW will climb like rocket. IF Obama gets elected the DOW will CRASH I am talking about 1920’s CRASH.

You say “That’s fear mongering” I say “NO it isn’t” It is basic fact.

IF you want to create jobs, you need to help businesses be successful, YOU don’t raise taxes on companies that are trying to KEEP their employees NOW, Companies are struggling with Health care costs, a slow economy and they are trying to keep employees. THAT will stop if you put more pressure on the bottom line of a corporation or small business.

I work for a BIG corporation, WE are a solid company but we are hurting too, ANY company that provides a service by manufacturing something or selling something, are HURTING.

Small Businesses, Large Companies and Corporations are trying to retain their employees, as soon as taxes are increased on the them, retention of employees ceases to be a “Workable Goal”, the bottom line and the shareholders will keep their money flowing, that leaves the American people under the 250k mark out of a JOB…Oh but here is the best part…

40% of Americans that doesn’t pay taxes becomes 50% and without another 10% revenue to state and federal coffers the deficit increases, the spending is not going to be curtailed, it is going to be expanded in an Obama presidency….WTF? How does that really work? It is NOT going to work. It is going to be like the Carter days… Exactly like the Carter days, we are going to have to deal with NUCLEAR enemy’s in 2012 because of WHO we elect NOW.

The MARKET is an indication of stockholders perception of where we are headed, Stockholders are BAILING before the Democrats get their hands on their wallet. A lot of the stockholders see the coming Democrat/Socialism as a grab at their proffits and it will cause a ripple effect. The effect of Obama’s plans will be a BIG CHANGE, and THE CHANGE Barak Hussein Obama is bringing is NOT the CHANGE our business leaders, our job markets and our ECONOMIC POWERS want. WHO pays the price? We do, those of us that pay taxes, work for a living for someone else are in a real problem now, and for everyone that is still employed when YOU aren’t next year, thank the BLACK community, THANK the Media, THANK the Messiah for his “Spread the wealth” attack on America.

New age Grasshopper

New age Grasshopper

Very interesting and a MUST READ!

The Ant and the Grasshopper, 2008 edition
by Michelle Malkin

With what looks like imminent passage of the Mother of All Bailouts (following on the heels of a year’s worth of government-funded rescues of private homeowners, lenders, insurers, and the automakers), Washington has turned Aesop’s famous fable about prudence and hard work on its head. The time is ripe for a revised 2008 edition of “The Ant and the Grasshopper:”

In a meadow on a hot summer’s day, a Grasshopper was chirping and carousing his time away. He watched scornfully as an Ant nearby struggled to store up large kernels of food and build a secure nest. The Ant pulled overtime shifts to pay off his loans and accumulate retirement funds for the future.

“Give it a rest,” the Grasshopper said. “Why bother saving and slaving and toiling and moiling? Let’s party!” The Ant demurred: “I am planning ahead for winter and you should do the same.” The Grasshopper blew off the Ant, squandered his supplies the rest of the season, and abandoned his home while on vacation (paid for by tapping every last cent of his home equity gain) instead of holding down a job.

When winter came, the Grasshopper’s pantry was empty and his shelter ruined from neglect. The Ant, weary from planting, harvesting, and stocking up for months, was dining comfortably in his nest.

Cold, hungry, jobless, facing foreclosure, and up to his two pairs of eyeballs in debt, the Grasshopper limped to the Association of Community Winged Insects for Rescue Now and demanded recourse. The office was swamped with thousands just like him. ACWIRN immediately put the Grasshopper to work registering dead ants as new voters.

Funded with tax dollars from the rest of the meadow’s residents, ACWIRN organized mass protests at the Bank of Antamerica, ambushed its top officials at their private homes, harassed their children, and demanded that the meadow’s politicians halt all foreclosures (”We must keep Grasshoppers in their houses!”) and outlaw discriminatory lending practices against starving, homeless Grasshoppers (”Well-stocked shelters are basic insect rights!”)

The banking industry capitulated; the Orthoptera Lobby secured hundreds of millions of dollars in housing earmarks and grants and counseling subsidies to support the Grasshoppers with the shadiest credit and employment histories. Antie Mae, the meadow’s government-backed home lending giant, fueled the push for increased insect homeownership in the name of biodiversity. Its executives cooked the books and headed for the hills. Katie Cricket and the Mainstream Meadow Media joined the grievance-for-profit circus, profiling Grasshopper sob stories and drumming up ratings as bewildered Ants wondered who was looking out for them.

The banks drowned in toxic debt. More Grasshoppers fell behind on their mortgage payments. Bailout mania and panic gripped the meadow.

Our little Ant, minding his own business, heard a knock on his door one late winter night a year later. It was his old, sneering Grasshopper neighbor. With ACWIRN’s presidential candidate, Barack Cicada, now in office, the Grasshopper had been hired by the meadow as a tax collector.

“I’m here to take your provisions,” the Grasshopper cackled.

But it was the Ant who had the last laugh. “I’ve learned my lesson,” he told his shiftless friend. “Why bother saving and slaving and toiling and moiling? I’ve spent all my savings. I’m walking away from my mortgage. Thrift is for suckers,” the Ant said as he headed out the door, leaving the Grasshopper empty-handed.

Michelle Malkin NAILED it with this one, I know some of my friends don’t particularly care for her but on this occasion she hit a homer.

This bailout is a direct result of the do nothing congress we put in office in 06, it is a direct result of the DEMORAT “Affordable housing initiatives” the “Taco Bell Loans” and the lack of oversights due to being called “Elitists” IF you voted against any of the Demorat led “Give me’s” you were branded with a “racist” or “Elitist”  or the ever present “Big Business lover”

There is a reason we are in this mess and it has it’s origins in the Clinton era, but it gained steam with the DEMORAT Do nothing congress of 2006….The worst LEADERSHIP the world has ever seen has been brought to you by the Education system of the USA.
