After a couple days of thought and listening to various people who are much smarter than me. I have concluded that WE are screwed. We the People took a good shot on the 28th of June 2012. A standing 8 count. So now what?

First thing we must do is realize that THESE FOLKS IN ROBES:

We put them there. We elected the politicians who Appoint/Confirm their LIFETIME membership. They are SUPPOSED to be guardians of the constitution and NOT POLITICAL HACKS. We have allowed a VIRUS to be inserted into the body and then we blame the Virus. This isn’t just about Chief Justice Roberts either. He was one of four who stomped on the constitution. Think about that for a minute.

While Roberts wrote the opinion that was assailed by both sides of the issue, he sided with four judges and made the opinion a majority. Had any of the other four sided with the constitution Roberts wouldn’t have mattered. So it’s NOT ALL ON HIS SHOULDERS.

What do we do about it? Well, we have recently allowed two more judges on the court for life so that’s at least 20 to 30 years of political hacking. Should we allow Barack Obama to pick 2 more? Younger, more political? Or shall we have someone else pick them and a senate full of AMERICANS confirm them through their CONSTITUTIONAL views?

We have a choice to make, we have failed in our choices over the past 30 years and longer in some regards and its an important decision we are faced with this year.

The first step in problem solving is admitting you have a problem and admitting your part in it. I admit mine. I will fix it by getting more involved and influencing MORE PEOPLE. We must fight in the verbal arena before we fight in the streets and fields.

Well I guess I was wrong in my previous post. Justice Roberts? WOW. Didn’t see that coming. But hey, we are no longer the America we grew up in. We’re in the death throws by our own hands.

Roberts sided with the liberal crew who rubber stamp anything that Obama wants. Good call there Chief Justice. Thanks bud.

So here’s the deal. Roberts made it a TAX so if WE the people can keep the house with TRUE CONSERVATIVES we can defund this POS liberal law. Not real optimistic. But it better get done or this nation is done. Romney can’t save it Reagan himself couldn’t save it.

All I got left to say is America, it has been a nice run. The world will miss you in a short time frame. Stock up on precious metals and the means to expel them in high rates of speed. It’s going to get ugly real soon.

Well, many very smart people in our nation are expecting the ruling to come down today.

Regardless of how they rule Obamacare. It’s going to be spun by the democrats as a win. Think I’m wrong? Think Wisconsin. Anyone with an ounce of reality ingrained into their political views knew that was a slap heard round the world.

I want you to look very carefully at the picture above. Notice the two on the outside of the back row. They are Obama’s picks. Now look at the aged judges and realize at the very least one of them will be retiring within the next 4 years. Most likely two of them will leave the court. So my friends who love this nation, is it acceptable to you to have Obama pick FOUR of the nine judges in the highest court in the land?

For ALL of Romney’s faults, I feel MUCH better about him picking judges than Obama. Maybe that’s just me.

My prediction is the court is going to rule 5-4 on the side of the constitution and kill the mandate part. It should be 9-0. I sure hope I’m right. Our nation is in need of change and this ruling could be the start of it.

So exactly how fragile is our rights? Let me run something by you, first lets read the story of Justice Breyer:

Justice Breyer robbed by machete-wielding intruder

WASHINGTON (AP) — Justice Stephen Breyer was robbed last week by a machete-wielding intruder at his vacation home in the West Indies, a Supreme Court spokeswoman said Monday.

The 73-year-old Breyer, wife Joanna and guests were confronted by the robber around 9 p.m. EST Thursday in the home Breyer owns on the Caribbean island of Nevis, spokeswoman Kathy Arberg said. The intruder took about $1,000 in cash and no one was hurt, Arberg said.

She said the robbery was reported to local authorities, but she did not know if an arrest has been made.

Glad nobody was hurt. What exactly are the Indies gun laws? Not sure if the machete was legally registered or not…

Now lets look at the state of our nation. Obama the “Savior” of all things progressive is on the ropes. The only thing standing in the way of a landslide defeat of Obama in the general election is the GOP itself. How would a “Chicago Thug” deal a blow that would last decades to our nation?

Lets just say if I were a SCOTUS judge and leaned even a little bit “Right” I might have someone start my car for me, and taste my food before eating. IF we happened to lose a judge in the next couple of weeks/months the DEMOCRAT controlled senate COULD validate an Obama pick before the change at the White House. I’m betting the insiders of Obama’s thug inc. have got a few “Contingencies” should it become clear that his job of ruining this nation is at risk of being thwarted…

Some will say that’s crazy. To those folks I say, if I would have told you in 2008 that our ATGEN and the BATF would be handing guns over to the Mexican cartels and blaming gun owners here in America for it… Would you have said that was crazy too?… Case rests.

When we decide to change the way things are going in DC we need to remember that elections have huge consequences in the long run. While I am not denying that McCain would have been a TERRIBLE choice for POTUS, I do know that the appointments he made to SCOTUS would be better than Sotomayor or Kagen…

Breyer: Founding Fathers Would Have Allowed Restrictions on Guns

If you look at the values and the historical record, you will see that the Founding Fathers never intended guns to go unregulated, Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer contended Sunday.

Appearing on “Fox News Sunday,” Breyer said history stands with the dissenters in the court’s decision to overturn a Washington, D.C., handgun ban in the 2008 case “D.C. v. Heller.”

Breyer wrote the dissent and was joined by Justices John Paul Stevens, David H. Souter and Ruth Bader Ginsburg. He said historians would side with him in the case because they have concluded that Founding Father James Madison was more worried that the Constitution may not be ratified than he was about granting individuals the right to bear arms.

So when the next SCOTUS Appointment comes up and it’s a swing justice do you believe the judges will be pro 2nd amendment? The UN is already trying to remove our rights, Hillary Clinton, Barrack Obama and the entire progressive side of the Democrat party want us disarmed. The only thing between those visions and our nation being disarmed is the SCOTUS.

IF we don’t have a conservative POTUS, we are at the mercy of the courts. So in the elections I beg you to consider the long term damage a progressive POTUS does. I beg you to consider the long term actions of short term leaders.

There has not been an uprising in the USA for a very long time, if they succeed in taking our arms, the will of the people will be silenced and we will become sheep. Then it’s too late for “Maybe we shouldn’t have done that”

This justice Breyer is ignorant of the facts. He is a liberal and he uses the constitution when it suits his argument. He discards it when his ideology is counter to it.

Unemployment skyrockets, Spending from DC is unmatched throughout history, JUDGES in TWO High Profile cases over ruled the will of the people. Four SCOTUS judges went against the second Amendment case, and now we just put the most liberal and most inexperienced judge in a seat on the most powerful entity in the land…

Listen up America, ELECTIONS HAVE CONSEQUENCES!

November is fast approaching, and if we sit by and allow the progressives to institute their will, America, the last best place in the world ceases to exist. Where will the truly poor, huddled masses run to? Where will we go?

Time to stand or sit by and watch the destruction.

While I understand Kagen will be confirmed because of the liberpukes that have infested Government. I want people to understand what is coming. Kagen will not change the make up of the court. But we will now have 2 fairly young extremely LIBERAL SCOTUS judges serving for YEARS to come. The next appointment will be a swing appointment.

If NOVEMBER comes and the liberpukes and RINO’s still infest the Senate, WE lose our right to bear arms, our rights to freedom of speech, and OUR way of life becomes mirror images of what our forefathers fought to leave. Kagan’s confirmation hearing is a joke, but NOBODY will be laughing at the next one.

Sotomayor just proved what all of us knew. These “Appointments” by Obama are not made to strengthen our nation by the rule of law, these appointments are made to further the liberal agenda and weaken the heart of the nation. The Constitution. Our founding fathers put together the most straight forward piece of legislation ever in the history of mankind and it’s only going to take 1 more liberpuke judge to undo it all.

When Democrats derailed a GOP Latino nominee

While this is a fairly old article, I don’t want it to be forgotten.  We need a person in the HIGHEST Court in the land that is not biased by color, or liberal agenda. Nor do we need one that is too far right, we need balance and what we as a nation are subject to since we have elected a liberal POS Racist to PRESIDENT, is RACE being the deciding factor in any issue.

In November, 2001, representatives of those groups met with Democratic Senate staff.  One of those staffers then wrote a memo to Democratic Sen. Richard Durbin, informing Durbin that the groups wanted to stall Bush nominees, particularly three they had identified as good targets.  “They also identified Miguel Estrada as especially dangerous,” the staffer added, “because he has a minimal paper trail, he is Latino, and the White House seems to be grooming him for a Supreme Court appointment.  They want to hold Estrada off as long as possible.”

It was precisely the fact that Estrada was Hispanic that made Democrats and their activist allies want to kill his nomination.  They were determined to deny a Republican White House credit, political and otherwise, for putting a first-rate Hispanic nominee on the bench.

Durbin and his colleagues did as they were instructed.  But they had nothing with which to kill the nomination — no outrageous statement by Estrada, no ethical lapse, no nothing.  What to do?

Yep libtards blocked a HISPANIC from advancement purely on RACE… So who really is the party of RACIAL EQUALITY? The facts are overwhelming aren’t they liberal pukes? And the truth hammer swings wildly, although the media and liberal racists keep ducking it will eventually hit them square in the jaw!
