This is a good story to get out. Put it in the context of the Washington DC elites push on Gun Control.

Interceptions of immigrants stubbornly low Border security efforts have a long way to go

Despite massive increases in manpower, the U.S. Border Patrol is still intercepting only about 61 percent of would-be illegal immigrants along the U.S.-Mexico border, according to an audit that the investigative arm of Congress released Wednesday.

The findings, which for the first time show a broad estimate of how many illegal immigrants the Border Patrol fails to catch each year, emerge as pressure builds on Congress to move past border security and begin to grant legal status to the estimated 11 million illegal immigrants in the U.S

For the context, think about this: We don’t know WHO is coming in the nation through our southern borders. We KNOW there’s a lot of drug cartel activity, we THINK there’s some terrorist potential, we ASSUME there are people from the south running from the law in their lands. AND WE KNOW our prisons are full of ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS AND THEIR OFFSPRING… At the same time, our elected officials are attempting to disarm LEGAL CITIZENS of America.

You will also notice in the very near future that prisons are cutting down the time criminals serve to reduce the over crowding problem.

The GUN CONTROL debate in context: Our elected officials believe that LEGAL gun owners should be limited in their ability to protect themselves because of the action of ILLEGAL GUN USERS. This is a severely FLAWED argument that only works with people who LOVE MORE GOVERNMENT.

Let’s dig a bit deeper into this Illegal Immigration issue:

Our wonderful Democrats have determined that MOST illegal immigrants are just looking for a better life and we shouldn’t punish them for the actions of the criminals that come across. However, in a Democrats mind: MOST legal gun owners are just looking to have the ability to protect themselves and WE SHOULD punish them for the actions of criminals who use guns…Think about that for a minute.

The MOMENT any new gun law comes down from mount Olympus, we need to prepare for a lot of law suits. ANY murder committed by an Illegal Immigrant on an American citizen should result in a law suit against the United States Government for conspiracy to commit murder. They have disarmed you and therefore assumed responsibility for your safety. They failed in their duty due to negligence and it should clog the courts up.

Southern Poverty Law Center Calls ‘Occupy’ Terrorists ‘The Radical Right’

Did you know that the Occupy Movement is actually a part of the “radical right”? The movement, which received favorable comments from the commanding heights of the American left — President Obama, Nancy Pelosi, the New York Times, and MSNBC — has now shown itself to include very violent elements, including actual terrorists, who began a bomb plot in Cleveland, only to be apprehended before carrying out their program of terror.

The media has done its best to ignore the Occupy terrorists, but have now confessed. Perhaps drawing inspiration from Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, who can lie with an utterly straight face about reality (what she said on tape about the Israeli ambassador, what happened on the floor of the DNC when the words Jerusalem and God were excised and then restored to the platform), the Southern Poverty Law Center has stepped in to solve the problem for the left. Re-define the Occupy movement as “radical right.”

There you have it. The SPLC who designates certain groups as “Hate Groups” has tied the OWS idiots to the “RIGHT” Even though the FACTS show that the OWS idiots are the exact OPPOSITE of what the “RIGHT” believes.

For one you can look at them and notice they don’t resemble any TEA PARTY members. They tried to blow up something. NO TEA PARTY MEMBER was ever accused of vandalism much less blowing up anything. But hey, facts don’t matter when your goal is the destruction of the greatest nation the world has ever seen.

I hope I’m wrong here, but eventually this division will have to be solved. We had a civil war the last time our nation was this divided. Be aware of what the enemies of freedom will do silence you. Its coming.

Fast and Furious and Obama’s Dilema

I’ve been pretty busy lately. Just trying to keep our heads above water. We’re doing all we can to stave off the effects of this never ending recession and we’re losing the battle. We’ll survive and we’ll do it without the government. That’s what we do. Now onto the latest example of incompetent leadership.

Eric Holder was held in contempt and Obama inserted his “Executive Privilege” Which is HIS RIGHT TO DO. Presidents have exercised that option throughout history. However; If you spent the last year or so claiming you knew nothing about Operation Fast and Furious, claiming executive privilege makes you either a liar in the first part. OR a very good friend to cover up the lies in the second part. Either way, it’s now YOURS.

Now, the entire investigation has been blamed on Racism is nothing new. But what is new is the latest Pelosi reasoning: “There’s a connection between this witch hunt and the fact that Eric Holder is fighting against voter suppression” WOW How many yoga classes do you have to take to twist facts into that reasoning? Too stupid for words is she. (YODA)

Now the next excuse is.. Wait for it… BUSH’S FAULT. I love this one. And the uneducated believe it.. or are too love struck with king Obama to apply reason and logic to that charge.
Facts are miserable things to liberal/progressive/power hungry democrats.

The heart of the issue for me is simple: The underhandedness at which this operation was undertaken is a real problem. It shows the character of those in charge and it calls into question the lengths they will go to get their agenda through the American people.

Here’s a couple more things to think about:

1. Trayvon Martin looks like Obama’s son. Sandra Fluke gets a call from Obama after Rush correctly pointed out that she’s a slut. Brian Terry’s family has yet to hear from Obama.

2. The Media, the very people who are supposed to be watching the rulers for the people didn’t even run the story until months after it broke. And who broke it? Bloggers.

3. Can you imagine the actions of these agenda driven king complexed elected officials if BLOGGERS were silenced? Can you imagine the damage done to our nation with only NETWORK MEDIA to report?

Just a few things to think about the next time you watch the state run media and think they are doing their jobs.

I guess these asshats in DC are still pushing to take more freedom away from us… According to the interwebs there’s a STRIKE planned for tomorrow. And in solidarity with those against this government intrusion/over reach. I’ll be shutting this blog down from 0600 to 2100 hours on 1-18-12.

While I’m not one to follow the herd in a lot of things, and I’d much rather charge DC with pitchforks and torches to get their minds right. This will have to do.

First they came for ____ and I said nothing, then they came for ______ and I did nothing, then they came for me and there was nobody left to speak up.

Occupy Wall Street..Major FAIL…

You gotta love the OWS folks, they keep providing fodder for our enjoyment. But this post is is more about the Republicans in office during this temper tantrum.

Peter King and a few other R’s have decided to comment on the OWS morons in the street. I have a message to the Republicans:

To ALL Republicans in DC and elsewhere: SHUT UP about OWS!. Don’t mention OWS, don’t comment on them, don’t even acknowledge their temper tantrum in anyway. That sets you apart from the DEMOCRATS during the Tea party rallies. It also will set you up as the adult in the room. Let us, the new media, the FAIR media and the State run media fight out the actions. Let us handle it, you stay away from it. GOT IT?

What a ZERO COMMENT by Republicans does is; It sets you up as the parent. Parents (Good parents) when their kids throw a temper tantrum, they don’t feed it, they don’t give in, they IGNORE IT. Try it and believe me, it will help in the long run.

The Tea party is firmly on the high ground and the longer the OWS idiots protests, the more people are seeing what leftist ideologies breed. MORE and MORE people are moving away from the OWS street fair and moving back to American ideals. Maybe there’s a use for OWS, alternatives are great ways to move people. Right now we have OWS vs Tea Party… The battle is on.. Oooops it’s already over. Tea Party wins in a KO first round…

Gun owners who have historically been able to use public lands for target practice would be barred from potentially millions of acres under new rules drafted by the Interior Department, the first major move by the Obama administration to impose limits on firearms.

Officials say the administration is concerned about the potential clash between gun owners and encroaching urban populations who like to use same land for hiking and dog walking.

“It’s not so much a safety issue. It’s a social conflict issue,” said Frank Jenks, a natural resource specialist with Interior’s Bureau of Land Management, which oversees 245 million acres. He adds that urbanites “freak out” when they hear shooting on public lands. [Read about the subpoena issued as a result of Operation Fast and Furious.]

From the article “the problem is hikers freaking out when they hear gun shots”. huh? You can get the POTUS to sign a law because you “Freak out” about something? I freak out every time I see an Illegal Immigrant in line at the store paying for something with an EBT card.

This is what’s known as “Payback” Obama is going on the attack because of the Operation Fast and Furious fallout. His buddy Holder is being held accountable for a failed operation. HOW DARE YOU! Nobody in Obama’s administration can be held accountable for ANYTHING.

The NRA is putting a lot of effort into this issue. The F&F scandal is huge to gun owners. WHY? Because the administration and the left blamed the violence on America’s gun owners. And were using the BATF to supply guns to Mexico in order to support their claim. It’s dishonest, it’s a lie, and it got a good man killed (Among countless others)

So to understand WHY Obama is doing this you must understand Chicago politics. IF you catch the “God Father” in a lie, you must be punished. The NRA is a supporter of public land shooting. Obama doesn’t need congress to enact something like this. And it punishes the NRA and it’s members.

We need to come together this election cycle. We need unity more than any other time in history. Every American from Center to the far Right needs to unite around a common goal. The common goal should be the 2nd amendment which is under attack from within and without. IF we give Obama 4 more years. YOUR RIGHTS TO PROTECT YOURSELF ARE GOING TO BE CHIPPED AWAY!

I don’t care WHO it is that gets the R nomination. I’m campaigning for them. Choose wisely America, your families lives hang in the balance.

USA Government is INEPT!

Most of us realize our Government IS the problem we face today. We are being ruled by morons who are “Acting” like they care about the nation and it’s citizens yet pass the dumbest laws, institute the most ignorant regulations and turn blind eye’s to injustice from the laws/regs they created.

This was Found at Sad Hill and it sums it up nicely:

Today however, U.S. government, our education system and parts of corporate America are utilizing more ‘advanced’ strategies, such as:

“When you discover you’re riding a dead horse…”

1. Buy a stronger whip.

2. Change riders.

3. Appoint a committee to study the horse.

4. Arrange to visit other countries to see how other cultures ride dead horses.

5. Lower the standards so that dead horses can be included.

6. Reclassify the dead horse as ‘living-impaired’.

7. Hire outside contractors to ride the dead horse.

8. Harness several dead horses together to increase speed.

9. Provide additional funding and/or training to increase the performance of dead horses.

10. Do a productivity study to see if lighter riders would improve the dead horse’s performance.

11. Declare that as the dead horse does not have to be fed, it is less costly, carries lower overhead and therefore contributes substantially more to the bottom line of the economy than do some other horses.

12. Rewrite the expected performance requirements for all horses.

13. Promote the dead horse to a supervisory position.

Unfortunately this is all too accurate in today’s Government. And we wonder why we are where we are. I’m not wondering at all. I know exactly WHY we are screwed I also know how to fix it. Most of us know. The only difference is how long it’s going to take and what paths we take before we get to it.
