Here Comes Feinstein’s Gun Control

Okay folks, we knew it was going to happen. Most of us KNEW the democrats would be coming after guns in Obama’s second term. You might say, “Hey, if it wasn’t for Newtown they wouldn’t be going after them” Really? Do you honestly believe that Dianne Feinstein in one week could write this legislation? Or do you think it was already written and just waiting for the right time?

And there’s more. Trust me this isn’t the final wish list of Mrs Feinstein. Basically, what we have here is California’s gun laws with a few new tweaks. This is what’s known as “baby steps” They will float this out there and then call everyone who opposes it “baby killers” They will call any opposition the NRA’s fault. They will continue to say it’s only white people who have an issue with these minor tweaks to our 2nd amendment rights.

Now lets take this a step further. Lets play with the 1st amendment a bit. Every public access news channel must offer opposing views to every political story. Every story must first be registered and okayed by a bi-partisan committee. Every news channel must be evaluated for fairness. Pornography must be stopped for the common good. It’s degrading to women and perpetrates spousal abuse. Any movie or video game that has a gun in it, must be rated M-21 only.

You think those 1st amendment tweaks are an infringement of the 1st amendment? Remember it Democrats because very soon, democrats won’t be in power. There is a coming storm that you are on the wrong side of. You went against the bible, you went against patriots now you are attacking the 2nd amendment. This is a red line in our nation. Believe it.

Dianne Feinstein is having a virtual orgasm over the possible control she will give to the government. She’s foaming at the mouth with her glee over removing your rights. If you support her infringing on our rights YOU are the enemy of the nation.

Any Republican who votes YES for this should immediately switch party’s. I will never donate a dime to another GOP candidate, nor will I support any republican for as long as I live if this grab passes. Dianne Feinstein and Obama are doing exactly what has been done in California. They are making the opposition into baby killers in the media and rather than fight the lies, they will lay down and “Compromise” Look how many GOP’rs are left in California?

California Taxes Causing a Massive Exodus

As free thinking people in this state thought would happen, it is happening. Prop 30 will force the golden goose’s ass to pucker up tight.

New tax increases in California stir debate about adding to exodus

A vote last month that makes Californians among the highest-taxed residents in the country is sparking debate about whether the Democrat-back initiative will backfire, by forcing high-earners to join a long exodus from the cash-strapped state.

Democratic Gov. Jerry Brown successfully pushed the tax increase by suggesting that high-earners must shoulder the largest burden in bailing out the state, particularly its debt-ridden public school system.

Will it backfire? Sure will and it will backfire in a way that is going to make the shortfall Brown had when he got elected seem small.

As businesses leave California, they close doors. As doors close, workers are laid off. As workers are laid off, workers go on unemployment. When workers are on unemployment, they stop buying things they don’t NEED. When they stop buying things they don’t need, other businesses close. As businesses close and workers are not working, revenue for the state shrinks and at the same time, more money is needed to help the laid off workers.

A never-ending cycle of debt is ensured.

The democrats answer to everything is to raise taxes. When you’ve raised taxes to the point that the state is the highest taxed state in the nation, you’ve gone too far. When you’ve gone to far—- See above paragraph.

Those who pushed for prop 30 to “Save the children” again, didn’t care. The teachers Union, SEIU etc got theirs. Every time a tax hike shows up on the ballot, the same excuse is given “For the children”… NEVER does any proposition from the democrat led government of CA involve CUTTING OFF SPENDING!

The very same time Jerry Brown put tax hikes on the ballot, he also kept CA a sanctuary state. The FLOOD of illegals here has put such a drain on our social resources that to continue that process, they must continuously raise taxes on the producers of the state. The producers are fed up and they are MOVING in droves. When the producers move—See the first paragraph after the story….

California will require a massive bailout very soon. I’m thinking by August 2013, California will be in such financial ruin that downgrades in credit ratings will occur. There will be massive debates regarding how to fix it. California has a super majority DEMOCRAT rule. The United states is controlled by DEMOCRATS. What do you think happens? PRINT MORE MONEY bail out CA. When we print more money value goes down, when value goes down inflation goes up. When inflation goes up, costs go up, when costs go up prices go up, when prices go up, some businesses close because of costs to do business.. You know what happens when businesses close?.. Despite Tax Increases, California Revenues In Freefall

California State Controller John Chiang has announced that total state revenue for the month of November 2012 fell $806.8 million, or 10.8%, below budget.

Democrats thought they could hammer “the rich” by convincing voters to pass Proposition 30 to create the highest state income tax in the nation. But it now appears that high income earners have already “voted with their feet” by moving themselves and their businesses out of state, resulting in over $1 billion shortfall in corporate and income taxes last month and the beginning of a new financial crisis.

Passage of Proposition 30 set off euphoria and expectations of higher spending for public employees. The California Teachers’ Association (CTA) trumpeted: “California students and working families won a clear victory today as voters clearly demonstrated their willingness to invest in our public schools and colleges and also rejected a deceptive ballot measure aimed at silencing educators, other workers and their unions.”

In September through October, California unions like SEIU and the Teachers Union paid out huge dollars to advertise in support of prop 30. The tax the rich proposition. It was advertised as the only way to save our kids… As usual California voters believed the lies and voted to increase taxes on rich folks and add to the sales tax… Whoo Hoo!

It only took a month before the moving vans hit the road again. Several businesses closed shop here, several others laid off workers or cut hours. Rent on apartments is set to rise to cover the vacancies… What happens is pure economics, less people working less state revenue. But hey, who cares? The teachers and state workers are fine…

Pay very close attention to California in the next six months. California will be the catalyst for a crisis that will sink the national debt. CA is too big to fail and it will be bailed out by the nation. Who will vote for that spending increase? Well, there’s 55 seats in DC with California asses in them… How’s that?

California Does it Again!

It’s NO secret I can’t stand this state. Let me correct that. I can’t stand the way this state is run, the idiots who infest this state and the policies these morons here have adopted. The state is a beautiful example of creation. The forests/beaches/deserts are absolutely awesome. The scenery is awe inspiring. It’s just screwed up by the idiots who vote here.

Now lets get to the title reason:

L.A. To Give Illegal Immigrants ID Cards

Los Angeles could soon be the latest of several cities across the nation to make life easier for illegal immigrants by offering them official photo identification cards to help them access taxpayer-funded services and open bank accounts.

It’s a necessary measure to help illegal aliens incorporate into civic life, according to lawmakers in the city of about 4 million. Nearly half of L.A. residents are of Hispanic or Latino origin, according to the U.S. Census Bureau, and a chunk are in the U.S. illegally. One L.A. councilman told a local newspaper that the ID cards will allow illegal aliens “who have been living in the shadows to be out in the day of light.”

To put this in perspective, we have about 50 ballot measures pending this election. 99% of them are requests to raise taxes or diminish the republican party from any form of say at all. Take prop 30

“Prop 30 has two main functions: generate new tax dollars that will allow the budget passed in 2012 to balance, and codify a 2011 deal to transfer control of various services from state to local governments.”

California, the broken state. The state with the highest taxes, the biggest deficits, the worst unemployment numbers and the worst crime stats in the nation outside of Mich and NY. is doing it again, for Illegals.. Yep I SAID ILLEGALS!

Assembly sends Jerry Brown bill to protect illegal immigrants

The Assembly Friday passed and sent to Gov. Jerry Brown legislation that would prohibit law enforcement officers from detaining undocumented immigrants for federal authorities when they are released from criminal custody, unless they have a history of serious or violent crime.

“This is a bill that speaks to humanity,” Assemblyman Tom Ammiano, D-San Francisco, said at the close of a heated floor debate on his bill, Assembly Bill 1081.

He and other Democrats said it’s aimed at preventing otherwise non-threatening immigrants to go about with their lives without fear of deportation, while Republicans argued that the effect would be to give criminally inclined illegal immigrants a sanctuary.

The 44-23 vote to send the measure to Brown was strictly along party lines, although some members of both parties declined to vote.

So to be perfectly clear here. The unemployment rate here in CA is well above the national average. The prisons are overflowing, the schools are over crowded, jobs/businesses are leaving at a rapid pace and Cities are going bankrupt often. But what does our legislature see as important? Yeah, protecting criminals who have been found out to be criminals… WOW.

This is the same mentality that is pushing for Drivers Licenses for Illegals, free college tuition for Illegals and my favorite one: When ILLEGALS are stopped at check points, they can’t have their car impounded until they’ve had a chance to call someone to get their car. They can’t be arrested for driving without a license or no insurance.

And we ask “Why is California going broke?” Let me tell you why. Democrats love POWER more than the people or their nation. They would just as soon see California become Mexico North if they can keep their seats in power. It’s all coming to an end soon though. Eventually, this state becomes too much of a drain on the rest of the nation and DC will have to cut it off. Then the cuts will have to be made. What do you want to bet it happens when a REPUBLICAN Gov is elected?

California is Bankrupt and Doubles Down

California, the land of fruits and nuts has decided that since they are completely broke and going deeper in the financial ditch they will build a high speed rail system… Whoo Hoo… 🙄

SACRAMENTO, Calif.
California lawmakers approved billions of dollars Friday in construction financing for the initial segment of the nation’s first dedicated high-speed rail line connecting Los Angeles and San Francisco.

The move marked a major political victory for Democratic Gov. Jerry Brown and the Obama administration. Both have promoted bullet trains as job generators and clean transportation alternatives.

“No economy can grow faster than its transportation network allows,” U.S. Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood said in a statement applauding the legislative vote. “With highways between California cities congested and airspace at a premium, Californians desperately need an alternative.”

The bill authorizes the state to begin selling $4.5 billion in voter-approved bonds that includes $2.6 billion to build an initial 130-mile stretch of the high-speed rail line in the Central Valley. That will allow the state to collect another $3.2 billion in federal funding that could have been rescinded if lawmakers failed to act Friday.

You gotta love it. First part of the week some idiot liberal progressive legislator floats an “Anti AZ” Illegal Immigration amnesty bill and it’s gaining steam. Then at the end of the week this HSR crap passes. Perhaps Moonbeam and King Obama can smoke a blunt together and see what other stupid shit they can screw us with..

There’s more asshatery and dumbassery going on in DC and Sacramento than in the entire world combined. I seriously hope America wakes up soon and sees the damage the policies of CA do to this state so they don’t infect the nation too much more. Doubtful at best. How Obama is polling above 10% is beyond me. But then again, Moonbeam Brown was RE-ELECTED as Gov of CA. Good call idiots.

I guess this H.S.R will be real good for one way tickets. Businesses are already leaving this state at a record pace, when the taxes go up to pay for this “Train to Nowhere” and the seats are empty maybe the scrap metal will help recoup the costs.. Oh and to let you folks in America know this entire debacle is being financed supposedly by Chinese folks. How you like us now? “Financed by China” Paid back by whatever tax payers are left here. THEN the shocker.. Bail out from the federal government to add to the national debt. Happy yet?

Jerry Brown declared it a ‘time to honestly assess our financial condition and make the tough choices.’ Plainly the choices weren’t tough enough: Mr. Brown has just announced that he faces a state budget deficit of $16 billion — nearly twice the $9.2 billion he predicted in January. In Sacramento [last] Monday, he coupled a new round of spending cuts with a call for some hefty new tax hikes. In his own inaugural address back in January 2010, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie also spoke of making tough choices for the people of his state.

For his first full budget, Mr. Christie faced a deficit of $10.7 billion — one-third of projected revenues. Not only did Mr. Christie close that deficit without raising taxes, he is now plumping for a 10% across-the-board tax cut. …

When the Obama administration’s Transportation Department called on California to cough up billions for a high-speed bullet train or lose federal dollars, Mr. Brown went along. In sharp contrast, when the feds delivered a similar ultimatum to Mr. Christie over a proposed commuter rail tunnel between New York and New Jersey, he nixed the project, saying his state just couldn’t afford it.

On the ‘millionaire’s’ tax, Mr. Brown says that California desperately needs to approve one if the state is to recover. The one on California’s November ballot kicks in at income of $250,000 and would raise the top rate to 13.3% from 10.3% on incomes above $1 million. Again in sharp contrast, when New Jersey Democrats attempted to embarrass Mr. Christie by sending a millionaire’s tax to his desk, he called their bluff and promptly vetoed it. …

And he’s absolutely right. Christie isn’t my favorite Gov. Walker is. But Christie is doing a much better job than any Democrat GOV. And beats any far left moonbat like Jerry Brown by a mile. What is needed is NOT MORE TAXES, it’s more people paying lower taxes. You don’t get that by paying people NOT TO WORK. You don’t get that by giving money to Illegal aliens, you don’t get that by paying STATE WORKERS triple what the private sector makes and expecting businesses to foot the bill.

In CA people are voting with their feet. Businesses are leaving and with them go any chance of recovery for a state with no desire to fix the problem. This state is the 2nd term of Barack Hussein Obama. IF Romney really wants to win this election. All he has to do is point to CA as a compare and contrast. He’s going to lose CA anyway. At least make the state good for something.

Why does California keep overestimating how much it can collect in taxes?

How did the overestimation this time around result in a cool $16 billion shortfall? (Not even the worst in recent memory!)

Where are the devastating cuts of the austerity of bare-bones of the starving beast in a state that will increase spending by six percent — from $86.5 billion in outlays last year to $91.4 billion this year?

Is it smart for Gov. Jerry Brown to expect a Facebook windfall when Facebook founders are literally willing to flee the United States to escape the tax hit of the company’s impending IPO?

Does anybody except USC/Dornsife pollsters think Brown will get his $8.5 billion tax hike approved in November? Does anybody on any planet believe it will actually bring in $8.5 billion in new taxes?

What’s the best way for a broken state to spend money it doesn’t have: Government employee pensions, high-speed rail, boards of horse racing and chiropractory, or all of the above?

So what are we seeing here? More of the same. The same stuff being done in Greece, France, Italy, Spain and DC. The shell game. Make some cuts, spend more than you are cutting use the “EAT THE RICH” tactic and back to the future.. WHEN will CA LEARN?

They elected this SOB AGAIN. 30 years ago, CA was booming, it was moving up and Moonbeam enacted MANY of the programs that are NOW KILLING THIS STATE. Jerry Brown and his entirely democrat controlled legislature is about to raise taxes again to continue to pay for entitlements.

Did you also notice the video? “When I came into office”… Yep you dumb son of a bitch, you came into office with the same idiots that have been in their seats for the past 30 years.
