9th Circuit Strikes down CA’s Carry law.

The interwebs and message boards of gun enthusiasts are all aflutter with this news:

Calif. concealed weapon law tossed by fed appeals court

SAN FRANCISCO – A divided federal appeals court on Thursday struck down California’s concealed weapons rules, saying they violate the Second Amendment right to bear arms.

Now I don’t want to discount this news in any fashion, its great news that the 9th struck it down. By a 2-1 margin is the problem. ONE asshole, ONE stupid son of a bitch/CRUNT on that court said its okay to take my rights… That’s a problem. The next problem is the SUPREMES. We can count on a good ruling should this get to the court before Obama can seat another activist on the high court.

The reason it is important that the senate switches sides this year is the next two years MIGHT very well sway the court to the liberal side. Should Obama get another Kagen/Sotomayer our RIGHTS are gone. CA has been under tyrannical rule for a very long time. But if this fight is lost at the high court, every state could then enact the same law.

While I am happy that two of the judges on the 9th opened their eyes. I am very concerned that this was a long term play. Should one of our judges find misfortune in the near future and an emergency appointment to the SCOTUS be necessary I would imagine the gun control crowd being overjoyed.

Pray that the SCOTUS judges remain safe in this time of tyranny. Chicago thuggary knows no bounds. We’ve lost several people who knew the truth about things to mysterious circumstance.
