Americans Killed in Mexican border city.

Three Americans Dead Amid Rising Violence in Mexican Border City

At least three U.S. residents have been killed in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, in as many weeks as the death toll in the violent border city surpasses 1,400.

The latest victim, a 32-year-old American woman, was shot several times Tuesday as she stood in front of a Juarez home, Mexican police said. The woman was taken across the Rio Grande back into El Paso, where she died on the way to the county hospital, officials said. It wasn’t immediately clear where the woman lived.

Two other U.S. residents, Roberto Martinez and Ruth Sagredo Velasco, were killed in a barrage of at least 20 shots from AK-47 assault rifles fired at them as they drove in a Nov. 22 funeral procession for Sagredo’s sister.

That is just the murders on the MEXICAN side, what about the THOUSANDS of Americans killed every year by MEXICANS that are here in AMERICA ILLEGALLY? Barely a mention, barely a blurb in a paper anymore because it is damn near common place.

I am really sorry for the loss of these Americans in Juarez, BUT they were in MEXICO and if I had to bet, I’d bet they were either drug or people smuggling related . IF you don’t want to be shot and killed or robbed? DON’T go where there is no law. There is nothing but corrupt law enforcement and idiots in uniform on that side of the border.

OUR border patrol is a JOKE because of OUR PRESIDENT and Congress critters, not because of their training or desire. They are ineffective because of OUR POLICIES! The USA has become a door mat, and I am sick to my gut about it.

The criminals that committed this crime are future ILLEGAL immigrants, the same type that are committing MURDER here, filling our prisons, and SUCKING THE BLOOD out of our economy, our health care system our education system and infrastructure.

You know, the ILLEGAL Immigration issue was supposed to be the defining issue of this election cycle… :fingerwag: Not so fast.

The ILLEGAL immigration issue never came up because BOTH candidates agreed that WE don’t count, our desire to be a soverign nation, to protect our borders and our citizens didn’t matter to EITHER one of the candidates. I think NEXT election cycle, we demand the CONSERVATIVE candidate place his “Border” issue on the table and it better be far different than the Demorat one.

There ARE murders of Americans committed by Mexicans on THIS side of the border, and they may get me here, but one thing is a certainty, the greasy sons a bitches will NOT kill me in Mexico…

Americans need to keep their asses OUT of Mexico… Sorry, but in this case, NO sympathy…

  2. Robert Says:

@TexasFred: Yeah that’s why I said, they were more than likely Drug or people smugglers anyway. The names indicate strong roots in the area, maybe a bit of a stereotyping but OH WELL.

I wanted Tancredo because he understood the real problem. Everyday he would clearly state how the illegals were destroying this nation peice by peice. Fixing this one item would change every issue to the positive for Americans: Economy, Healthcare, employment, education, energy, etc…

Nobody seems to want anyone who actually wants to fix the problem.

  4. Just John Says:

Hopefully, Juan McCain’s pitiful demonstration of pandering to “the Hispanic vote” will show future crooks in suits that it’s a worthless endeavor. Border hopping scumbags will always vote for the biggest handouts (dummycrats).

  5. White American Says:

    :shootin: will fix the problem.

  6. Always On Watch Says:

    Robert,
The immigration issue did indeed fall by the wayside. Instead, the main focus was the economy.

But the immigration issue will matter once again. Watch for it.

All may rest assured that I am never traveling to Mexico again, not even via the proverbial “cruise” ship. :fingerwag:

I’ll have to take exception to your statement, Fred. When I was stationed in San Diego, I frequented Mexico a LOT. Tijuana, Ensenada and places in between. I was there neither for drugs or smuggling, but having a good time at some of the bars, buying stuff, and just general Tourista type bullshit. Of course, that was some twenty+ years ago. I only had a minor issue once and that was resolved by me and my friend simply leaving. I’m sure that there are SOME drug deals or smuggling deals going on, but I wouldn’t suggest that it was the norm in a border city. I DO wish they’d crack down HARD on the illegals here in the US, especially the ones that kill Americans.

@Thor: I do a bit of gambling and I’d be willing to drop a few peso’s on Fred’s hunch myself.

BUT you are correct, I have been to TJ, Encinada, and a few other places I can’t spell for shopping, drinking and partying, so yeah tourism is not out of the question. That being said, you have to wonder if people read a paper or watch the news anymore. That area is a hot bed of drug activity.

  10. Thor Says:

    @Robert….

I wouldn’t go there to party or do much of anything in today’s world. One would have to be somewhat suicidal to try that kind of stuff in the Mexican border towns nowadays.
