We know that India’s Government CONTROLS the Gun market, the licensing and they have a policy of only allowing citizens in areas infested with foreigners access to guns, India is on record of having some very lax gun control, however; looking deeper you will see it is completely opposite. The “right to bear arms” in India doesn’t exist, it is not the average citizen that would be packing, it is only Law enforcement and military. Funny, that is a lot like California. As soon as Obama takes office, look for embassies, western targets and any tourist hot spots frequented by Americans to be targeted by the religion of peace.

We know that Obama will probably bomb a day care center or milk factory in retaliation for attacks just like his idol Clinton did.

We know that the whole time Obama is bombing precise area’s that MIGHT house terrorists, the real ones will be planning a 9-11-2001 type attack.

We REALLY know who did this, it was the “Religion of Peace” there is NO doubt about that. It can’t be denied, it is a SHEEP that will excuse it and if you are a Muslim that wants to deny that terrorism is the result of that religion, YOU are a SHEEP, and you should be double tapped in the head and skull fucked in a mosque by an Orthodox Jew for enabling terrorism to continue.

Militants who attacked Mumbai came from Pakistan: army official

Militants who staged multiple attacks in the Indian city of Mumbai, killing at least 125 people and injuring hundreds more, came from Pakistan, a senior military official said on Thursday.

“They are from across the border and perhaps from Faridkot, Pakistan. They tried to pretend that they were from Hyderabad,” Major General R.K. Hooda, leading the military operation to flush out the extremists, told reporters.

I am thankful I live in America, I am thankful that even though I live in a SOCIALIST state I have the will and the means to protect myself even when the LAW dictates I can’t. Again I would bet my ridiculously over taxed paycheck that this type of COWARDICE would not go unchecked in my presence.

South Carolina Special: Tax-Free Guns on Black Friday.

COLUMBIA, S.C. —  TVs and laptops won’t be the only hot items in South Carolina this Black Friday. The state is offering an unusual perk to shoppers: no sales tax on handguns, rifles and shotguns.

The so-called “Second Amendment Weekend” is thanks to a little-debated amendment legislators tacked on this summer to a tax break for energy-efficient appliances.

While the energy-efficiency measure doesn’t go into effect until next year, on Friday and Saturday gun buyers won’t have to pay state and local sales taxes that can total 8 percent. Taxes still apply to ammunition and accessories.

“We are a gun-owning-tradition state, a hunting-tradition state,” said Republican state Rep. Mike Pitts, a retired police officer who introduced the proposal and has promoted other pro-gun legislation.

“Quite often people will buy their pop or grandpop a shotgun or rifle to hunt with for Christmas,” he said in an interview by cell phone while out hunting.

While stores that sell guns are hoping for a boost in business, some opponents called it a gimmick that plays politics by tinkering with the state’s tax code.

Legislators approved the holiday in June over the objection of Republican Gov. Mark Sanford, also an avid hunter and gun supporter. He called it a stunt that only affects the timing of a gun purchase, without effectively promoting gun ownership or demand.

Way to go South Carolina!!! But the question begs to asked; WHY JUST IN SC?

Remove the state and Federal taxes on ALL firearms I say… I can’t wait till my states leadership does something like this, I am sure in just a day or two I will be able to purchase a handgun without taxes, registration, and a 10 day waiting period. Then I’ll be able to carry that handgun on the streets in the open or concealed, so that I may be prepared for any eventuality that might require a “Good guy” to dispense a “Bad guy”… I am positive this will occur in California very soon….

Ok now that you all have quit laughing..Ok Now have you quit laughing?… I’ll wait.

The fact is this: IF you are in the USA you should have the right to keep and bear arms under the 2nd. BUT in California you have the right to keep and bear arms as long as they are locked up at all times, unloaded,  and not within reach of the owner while in an automobile…. Real good protection, and/or assistance for those in need. A concealed weapon permit in Cali is non-existent unless L.E. related.

So what we have here in Kalifornia is; guns taxed to the hilt, ammo taxes on top of that and once you pay all those taxes you really can’t use that weapon for anything other than a paper weight in the real world.

While the South Carolina “No tax day” is absolutely AWESOME, it only works in America, out here in The SOCIALIST SHEEPLE ran state of Kalifornia we have to wait for the nanny to allow us to be victims…. Well the law abiding ones anyway.

Workers’ Compensation

This is a bricklayer’s accident report, which was printed in the newsletter of the Australian equivalent of the Workers’ Compensation Board…

Dear Sir,
I am writing in response to your request for additional information in Block 3 of the accident report form. I put ‘poor planning’ as the cause of my accident. You asked for a fuller explanation and I trust the following details will be sufficient.

I am a bricklayer by trade. On the day of the accident, I was working alone on the roof of a new six-story building. When I completed my work, I found that I had some bricks left over which, when weighed later, were found to be slightly in excess of 500 lbs. Rather than carry the bricks down by hand, I decided to lower them in a barrel by using a pulley, which was attached to the side of the building on the sixth floor. Securing the rope at ground level I went up onto the roof, swung the barrel out and loaded the bricks into it. Then I went down and untied the rope, holding it tightly to ensure a slow descent of the bricks.

You will note in Block 11 of the accident report form that I weigh 135 lbs. Due to my surprise at being jerked off the ground so suddenly, I lost my presence of mind and forgot to let go of the rope. Needless to say, I proceeded at a rapid rate up the side of the building. In the vicinity of the third floor, I met the barrel, which was now proceeding downward at an equally impressive speed. This explained the fractured skull, minor abrasions and the broken collar bone, as listed in section 3 of the accident report form. Slowed only slightly, I continued my rapid ascent, not stopping until the fingers of my right hand were two knuckles deep into the pulley.

Fortunately by this time I had regained my presence of mind and was able to hold tightly to the rope, in spite of beginning to experience pain. At approximately the same time, however, the barrel of bricks hit the ground and the bottom fell out of the barrel. Now devoid of the weight of the bricks, that barrel weighed approximately 50 lbs. I refer you again to my weight. As you can imagine, I began a rapid descent down the side of the building.

In the vicinity of the third floor, I met the barrel coming up. This accounts for the two fractured ankles, broken tooth and several lacerations of my legs and lower body.

Here my luck began to change slightly. The encounter with the barrel seemed to slow me enough to lessen my injuries when I fell into the pile of bricks and fortunately only three vertebrae were cracked. I am sorry to report, however, as I lay there on the pile of bricks, in pain and unable to move, I again lost my composure and presence of mind and let go of the rope and I lay there watching the empty barrel begin its journey
back down onto me. This explains the two broken legs.

What the hell is wrong with people?

Hunter’s Bullet Grazes 2 Kids at Michigan Day Care

BENTON TOWNSHIP, Mich.  —  Authorities in Wisconsin say a hunter’s stray bullet has grazed two young boys at a day care near Cheboygan.

The Cheboygan County sheriff’s department says a 43-year-old woman fired her rifle at a deer on Thursday but the bullet penetrated a wall and grazed the boys — ages 3 and 5 — inside Angie’s Country Kids Day Care in Benton Township.

The Petoskey-News Review reports they were released from a hospital after treatment.

Authorities say the woman was hunting about 400 yards away, and may not have realized there was a day care in the area.

The county prosecutor’s office is expected to review the case.

This might make me real UNpopular among the gun rights advocates but this is RIDICULOUS!

I would LOVE to hunt, white tail, Ducks, Geese and wild boar all of it… BUT NEVER would I pull the trigger on a firearm, unless I knew for a fact where the bullet was going, not to mention what might be hit if I missed.. I would know what is in my area, and beyond any target I might be shooting at.

This “hunter” acted irresponsibly at best, and she is lucky she didn’t kill one of them kids.Truthfully she should get charges of negligence and any felony firearm violations they can prosecute. This should be used as a measure for other hunters. While accidents do happen in EVERYTHING, hunting affords you NO second chance when it comes to surrounding areas.

IF this “hunter” gets off with minor charges, I think she should lose her right to hunt for at least a year, and be forced to take several hunting safety courses and firearm safety classes.

Luckily we are not talking about the death of 2 kids sitting in a day care center, but we need to learn from this so we don’t ever have to.

Arianna Huffington looks set to cement her position as the Queen of Capitol Hill in the next few days.

The Times has learnt that the Huffington Post, her influential political website, will confirm within the next week that it has completed a $15 million (£10 million) fundraising from investors.

The money will finance the expansion of HuffPo, as it is known, into the provision of local news across the United States and into more investigative journalism. And it will ensure that Ms Huffington’s influence continues to spread across the US political scene.

She is a close friend of Barack Obama, the President-elect - who, with Hillary Clinton, has posted on her site - and, at a dinner in London on Wednesday night, joked: “I only text three people - my two teenage children and Barack Obama.”

Ms Huffington launched HuffPo, which has about 2.5 million bloggers contributing to it regularly, in May 2005 with $2 million of seed capital. She then raised $5 million in August 2006 from venture capital firms including SoftBank Capital and Greycroft Partners, as well as individuals such as Bob Pittman, the former AOL executive. In a second round of fundraising in September 2007, HuffPo raised a further $5 million.

Ms Huffington, 58, the daughter of a Greek newspaperman, has been turning heads ever since she arrived at Cambridge University in the late 1960s. Then called Arianna Stassinopoulos, she became the first foreigner - and only the third woman - to be president of the Cambridge Union debating society. A lengthy affair with the journalist Bernard Levin raised her profile farther. During their eight years together she wrote three bestselling biographies, including works on Pablo Picasso and Maria Callas, before moving to the US in 1980.

There, she met and married Michael Huffington, the oil billionaire, becoming one of Manhattan’s leading socialites and a champion of the Republican revolution led by Newt Gingrich, the Speaker of the House of Representatives. Her marriage ended in 1994.

Sarah Palin is back in the news, she gave an interview during her pardoning a Turkey in Wasila AK. Evidently the turkeys in the background werent so lucky..

Yeah ok, I’ll give you this;  That was a BAD time for an interview, but in Wasila Alaska, that is the NORM. They kill turkeys for Thanksgiving, they bleed them out and they eat them… Odd how that works isnt it?

All the PETA freaks and libtards are all up in arms over this… I can picture the liberals in Berkeley sitting at the park eating their turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread, ripping Sarah Palin for her brutality…

Dems delay auto bailout vote, seek plan from Big 3

I wonder why there is a lack of confidence in America? /Sarcasm

WASHINGTON (AP) - Democratic leaders in Congress sidetracked legislation to bail out the auto industry Thursday and demanded the Big Three develop a plan assuring the money would make them economically viable. “Until they show us the plan, we cannot show them the money,” Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., said at a hastily called news conference in the Capitol.

She and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., said Congress would return to work in early December to vote on legislation if General Motors Corp., Ford Motor Co. and Chrysler LLC produce an acceptable plan.

The decision averted a likely defeat of legislation providing $25 billion loans for the industry. Reid and Pelosi said there was no plan in circulation that could pass both houses of Congress and win President George W. Bush’s approval.

While the decision headed off the defeat of one bill, it did not necessarily translate into passage of a different one. As a result, the fate of hundreds of thousands of auto workers and even of an iconic American industry hang in the balance.

The chief executives of the Big Three automakers appealed personally to lawmakers for the loans this week, and warned that their industry might collapse without them. In testimony, they said their problem was that credit was unavailable, and not that they were manufacturing products that consumers had turned their backs on. But whatever support they found sagged when it became known that each of them had flown into Washington aboard multimillion dollar corporate jets. Reid observed that was “difficult to explain” to taxpayers in his hometown of Searchlight, Nev.

The automakers are on a tight timeline. Reid and Pelosi said their plan must be turned over to key lawmakers by Dec. 2 They said hearings were possible the first week of December, and Congress may return to session the following week to consider legislation.

Pelosi stressed that whatever the Big Three provided to Congress, it must show they had a plan for “viability and accountability,” meaning that the were transforming their industry in a way that it would become competitive, and that they were clear about how the federal loan money was used.

Even if lawmakers return to vote, they are likely to insist on numerous conditions on any loans. One possibility is to seek a partial ownership of the companies. Another is to limit salaries of top executives. A third is to prohibit use of the funds for any lobbying.

Until Democratic leaders reached their agreement, the bailout had appeared headed for defeat in Congress, with the fate of hundreds of thousands of workers and Detroit’s once-venerable car companies in the balance.

Reid canceled plans for a vote on a bill to carve $25 billion in new loans out of the $700 billion Wall Street rescue fund. The Bush administration and congressional Republicans oppose that plan. They prefer tapping a different source of funds that is earmarked to help the industry produce vehicles that burn less gasoline. But using those funds drew opposition from Pelosi, as well as environmentalists.

Here’s a part of the article that stood out to me

“The stakes are high. The Detroit automakers employ nearly a quarter-million workers, and more than 730,000 other workers produce materials and parts that go into cars. About 1 million more people work in dealerships nationwide. If just one of the automakers declared bankruptcy, some estimates put U.S. job losses next year as high as 2.5 million.”

Now that is a damn shame right there, BUT lets look at alternatives, UNION givebacks, the average UNION auto worker is paid $78.00 an hour, NON-Union or out of country labor for foreign car makers is far less than that. Hell I get paid FAR less than that, so do most of my friends and associates. The Government is now PRO-UNION and they are going to take MY money to save the jobs that pay WAY better than my job pays? Something just don’t sound right.

Let them fail, let the unions and auto makers renegotiate new contracts that will allow the car makers to be competitive in their field. Right now we are seeing the result of GREED on both sides of the spectrum. The unions demanding more from the employers, the employers demanding more from the consumer, the consumer demanding more from the government, and the Government blaming everyone else for the crisis.

ANY republican lawmaker that signs on to a bailout should be ran out on a rail. We expect it from Demorats. BUT they want the government involved in everything. Republicans claim they don’t. Time to step up and demand an end to the bailouts.. LET THE MARKETS RUN IT’S COURSE!

Every time a politician opens their mouth the DOW crashes…THE REASON IS CONFIDENCE! No one believes Obama, Pelosi or Reid have the ability pour piss out of a boot if the instructions were on the heel. on top of that we see BARNEY FRANK in charge of fixing it, the very person that was behind the CAUSE of the collapse in the first place.

The DOW is giving back everything, all the gains that had been made since Reagan are being removed. The business community wants to see if Obama’s tax the successful more, will pan out if the successful LEAVE!

IF you are in the market get out, if you own a business, beg for a bailout, if you happen to work for someone else GOOD LUCK.

Tell me something, why is it when the democrats took over in 2006 they were going to fix everything, yet since they have been in charge we have been in one crisis after another? How long will America let them continue to run us to ruin before we take our Government back?
