Dyer obviously can’t remember the many terrorist attacks that were treated in the fashion he proposes only to be welcomed with more terror.
We are not dealing with a group of people who negotiate to a middle ground. This is our choice as outlined in there many diatribes, convert to Islam or die. The options being A) convert or B) die, are pretty limited. We have stepped out of their plan and added option C) Kill all who would impose A or B. Since we can’t half convert or half die, choice C has become wildly popular.
