Finally! Florida executes a child killer.

Florida Executes First Man Since Botched Procedure in 2006

STARKE, Fla. —  Florida on Tuesday carried out its first execution since a botched lethal injection procedure prompted a moratorium and state investigation.

Gov. Charlie Crist’s office said Mark Dean Schwab was put to death by lethal injection at 6:15 p.m. Schwab was convicted of kidnapping, raping and killing 11-year-old boy.

The execution was the initial test of Florida’s new lethal injection procedure, which was instituted after Angel Diaz died in December 2006. Needles to inject the deadly chemicals into Diaz missed their mark and he suffered burns and extreme pain. The rest HERE

Well better late than never… As you can tell I am very pro-Death Penalty, in cases like this and pretty much every case from Rape to Murder, and if the crime was committed by a known gang member… INSTANT Death penalty, 2 appeals and it should be no more than a week after conviction. Nuff said.

Oh, and to the bleeding hearts that might care to comment:

A painless death seems a bit too good for these bastards. In my country they hang them, but still painless none-the-less. If only a more painful death was allowed to be exceuted.

Well, if it was up to me it would be like the old West where we’d find a tall oak tree and hang them up high for everybody to see. But lethal injections for scumbags such as this one will do just fine too.

Child rapist? Make it as painful as possible.

Child murderer? Make the pain last as long as the parent(s) feel the pain of the lost child.

    Just my opinion.

damn it, it is time to go back to public hanging

I am in full agreement with all of you guys, the painless part of the Death Penalty pisses me off, we are so damn concerned with the “Humane” way to end a life of a Murderer/Rapist/Molester but we do not take into account what the “Criminal on the street” thinks. There is NO deterrent in a painless death. The figure they will go to sleep oh after 25 years being fed, clothed and have full medical bennies too….yeah it sucks being in prison but it really isn’t the punishment it used to be.

Prison inmates receive TV’s, weight lifting equipment, 3 hots and a cot and all the sex they want (Or don’t want) but the fact is they make more connections being in prison, when they come out they are better criminals, bigger and meaner. And we pay for it.

Killing these bastards should be as painful and public as possible, and every inmate should be pulling time at a Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s jail.
