Actually, general population instead of the dp, or being *protected*, might actually deter some paedos. They don’t like it when someone messes with them….an eye for an eye, paedo in gen pop..works for me !

@Roland Hulme: Well Roland we disagree there, the problem is the cycle started by the criminal, and by no choice of the victim. The cycle involves more than the victim too. Not just in emotion but the kids the victim has are potential victims as well, it’s a cycle perpetrated by a slug that should be removed.

I would be perfectly ok if the SCOTUS said NO Death penalty for the rape of a child but no Solitary confinement in Prison, the criminal must do his time in the general pop.

When I heard about this last night on the news I went ballistic. I can guarantee you that if any child of the SCOTUS was raped, they would change their mind in a heartbeat!

The damage done to a child is horrendous and unimaginable. You cannot begin to understand the horror that a very small child goes through both physically and mentally. The monsters who torture and rape children do not deserve to have a life after they’ve so ruthlessly destroyed a child’s.

We need to get together and fight this. I am serious. Anyone interested, please email me. I’m headed to work in a few minutes, but will be posting on this when I’m off work tomorrow as well. It’s time to stand up and make a difference. And we CAN make a difference.

How is it fair that the taxes of many who have suffered abuse , have to go towards prison upkeep ? Was the paedo fair to the child ? NO.
Paedo’s belong in the same category as rabid dogs, and should be treated the same.
That, or keep their hands off children…which that won’t do.
Wounding a child’s soul should be punishable by death.

Capital punishment should only be for capital crimes.

As disgusting as the rape of a child is, it’s not a capital crime and it’s not ‘an eye for an eye’ tio execute the offender. Life in prison without possibility of parole or chemical or physical castration is ‘fair.’
